    Kitchen Doors and Window

    We changed out our kitchen door and patio doors to the Cera doors with blinds..and love the clean look this gives our kitchen. Also changed out the over the sink window to a full glass tilting window and love the full view aspect this gives. Delivery timeline was as promised. Excellent installation executed by Peter and Colin.

    Windows

    The service was ok with the sale up to the install but once they get your money, service go downhill. Sale person dont responses with updates on missing parts. I just dont know what kind of warranty services I will get if I hope I dont have to claim.

    Windows

    When I first contacted Clera Windows, they were quick to call me back. Everything and everyone was excellent, from the salesperson to the installation I could not have asked for anything better. Prompt, courteous and after they were finished the installation you would never know they had been there. Thanks Clera windows

    Windows and capping

    We had 3 window and capping installed at our cottage. Although we had a few bumps along the way once the job was completed we are very happy with the quality and workmanship. The windows look great!

    Windows and doors replacement

    Diego did an excellent job with my installations. He was neat and showed care in what he was doing. He was very helpful and reinstalled my blinds. This was awesome.

    Warranty service

    I bought windows from Clera Windows 13 years ago. Unfortunately a piece of hardware needed to be replaced, and since Clera provided lifetime warranty I contacted Clera Windows and asked for a replacement part. Rita from Clera Service responded promptly, and handled the case very effectively and efficiently. I received the replacement parts, free of charge, within a few days.

    Window installation

    I live in Burlington and just had all of the windows on my main floor replaced. They look amazing. Everyone that I dealt with in this company were very friendly and professional. Thank you Greg and Trevor for making this a great experience! I would definitely recommend this company to replace your windows!!

    Excellent product and service!

    We used Clera in 2017 to replace 7 oversized basement windows and were very happy with the windows, the installation, and the customer service. As well 5 years later we are still happy with their product and installation so we called them again. We just replaced our kitchen windows (installed this week!) and we are just as happy this time around! The sales rep, Johnathan, was pleasure to deal with, informative, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. The installer, Avni, did his job with care and precision, leaving us with beautiful windows that will last years! Cleras pricing is reasonable, they are competitively priced. We have other windows to replace in the next few years, and we will absolutely call Clera again! Thank you again Johnathan and Avni

    New window installation in older home

    We hired Clera Windows + Doors to manufacture and install 11 new windows in our Victorian-style home that was built in 1888. Because the home is a duplex and we were only doing one half of the house, it was important that the overall exterior look remain the same. Clera was amazing through the whole process. They made several home visits before we decided to move forward, had clear and open communication from beginning to end, and the end result was exactly what we were hoping for. Clera did such a great job our neighbors in the other side of the house decided to get new windows too! Because of the age of the home, we went through the Greener Homes energy rebate process, and Clera was instrumental in helping us see that program application through to end.
