Clera has been in the window business for over 43 years and have provided quality products to thousands of customers. We regard our lasting presence in the industry as a testament to great products and services. It's disappointing to read that this has not been your experience. Our local branch manager informed us that you most definitely received what is indicated on your purchase agreement and what you paid for. Our factory custom made full frame windows for your home with new jambs, casing and brick mold. He also mentioned that he visited you 2 separate times, once the end of July and again Aug 12th and you informed him that you were happy with everything.
