Let just say I would have been better off had I kept my 18 year old windows. My new windows have been nothing but a big problem. They were installed by what the sales guy said was his "best team" in reality they were installed by a kid while the main guy was outside on his phone. There was little to no insulation put in the windows, the windows were out too far into the house 1 inch inside) and the caulking that was used on the outside might as well have been bought from the dollarstore. the windows are leaking air like crazy, my AC is running 13 hours a day and the house still cannot keep its cool. The inside was not finished, left gaps between the moulding and wall, no caulking and nail holes not filled on some areas. Damaged walls "trying" to fix the problem, damaged floors, insulation foam on walls and moulding, didn't cover rooms with beds and left an absolute mess! lots of attitude when told something is wrong. I had to have an outside company come in and thermo scan the windows and they are leaking like crazy he was shocked these were new windows. Had a window expert come in and remove outdoor caulking to find there is NO insulation on the outside. Sales guy still claims the job was done well....Clara won't deal with the issue as the sales person is responsible. STAY AWAY unless you want a mess and a Mickey Mouse job
