    Windows and door

    I've been trying for months to get Shane and Kevin to resolve issues. Two handles need replacing, caulking on front door is not complete and kitchen window is poorly made. Gap in frame. Shane did a great job on the installation. The front door is incredible. The windows are great other than kitchen window.

    Best Quality

    Gary is the best! Gave us exactly what we wanted and ordered. Previous dealings with him were also excellent. Installation of our new steel door perfect! Clera Windows and doors high quality. We will always deal with them. Have in past over 40 years.

    Great Customer Service

    I purchased Windows for my house 5-10 years ago from Clera Windows and never had any issues with them. Their Installers were very good and professional. Did a great job. Windows looked great. I recently had a tie down rod guide break on me and I called Rita in customer service for help. She was great! She told me she would give me a few guides and wont charge me for it. Thats what I call customer service! Thank you Rita and Clera Windows! Its refreshing to have good customer service.

    Windows & patio doors

    We are very pleased with the windows. They are beautiful and we noticed a change for the better with the temperature in the house. Dennis was very informative and helpful with the process of purchasing windows. John and his team were outstanding. Polite, courteous and on time. They installed all the windows. They left my house cleaner than it was before they installed my windows. I would highly recommend them. Wonderful job!

    Buyer Beware

    We signed our contract in March 2021, windows and doors were installed in July when June was supposed to be the start date. The installers were fantastic but there was a specialty window we were still waiting to be completed and several screens didn't fit the windows, one had a hole in it. We were asked to pay a portion of the balance so that the installers could be paid and they would hold back some for the remaining work. The entire amount was charged to our card. We are now a year past the install date and almost 2 years since our contract was signed and we are still waiting for our window to be completed and several screens to be put in, which makes the windows unusable to open. We have been down to the actual facility to complain, several emails, our manager, Steve won't return our calls. Very unprofessional and we are very dissatisfied with the way they willingly disregard their clients.

We reached out to your rep and he informed us that he has contacted you several times already and has informed you that it's not Clera that is not providing you with the trim. It's the manufacturer that makes the trims that are not providing us with a delivery date. Since Covid-19 this is a common issue, due to shortage of several raw materials industry-wide there is a long waiting period for some parts. We apologize for the inconvenience but this is beyond our control, it's a world-wide issue that most manufacturers are anticipating. As soon as the trim is received your rep will contact you to set up a installation appointment. Thank you again for reaching out and for your understanding and patience.

    Replacement work

    I had my windows installed by clera back in 1998. Four of the windows no longer stayed open and would slide down. I called expecting the run around and was delighted to have the problem resolved within a week. Parts were covered by the lifetime warranty and a nominal fee for service. I havent received service this professional in years. Thank you to Gerald and the outstanding staff at Clera Windows.

    New Windows

    I decided to proceed with Clera Windows + Doors after meeting with several different representatives. Kevin (sales rep/product specialist) was ultimately the reason I chose Clera. He was professional, knowledgeable and I felt he was selling me a product he believed in. Kevin also took the time to answer my questions, concerns and did his due diligence to ensure my windows where in compliance with the community standards set by my condo corporation. Kevin made sure I was comfortable with the project and a guiding support throughout the process. Once I signed my contract with deposit (March)that is where my frustrations began. After waiting 5months with no communication as to why delivery and installation was delayed, I started trying to reach someone at Clera. Eventually I was advised that Clera cant build one of my windows and that is the reason for the delay. How is that a satisfactory response from an established company that has been building windows for over 44years. Nevertheless, I should have been made aware of this many months earlier. They seem to be overwhelmed with issues and I was completely overlooked. Customer service is not their forte, so I would recommend touching base regularly with your sales rep to make sure you dont run into any unforeseen problems. Even though it was beyond the 150days for install as per Cleras contract, I moved forward with the balance of my windows. Kevin monitored production to ensured completion by mid September. Kevins team showed up on time on the date provided. Ryan (project manager) and Shane (installer) did a walk through of my home when they arrived. This is where my experience turned back around. Shane, despite being on his own for install, did an outstanding job. Shane is professional, kind, hardworking and treated my home with the utmost respect. He kept everything clean, inside and out, from removal to install of the windows, trim and caulking, his craftsmanship is reflected in his meticulous work. Shane is highly skilful in his trade and you can tell he takes pride in his work. My windows are beautiful thanks to Shanes high standards. I am truly fortunate to have had him as my installer with a project of this size. In the end, I am giving 10stars because of overall experience with Kevin and Shanes exceptional work. I would not hesitate recommending Kevin and his team, just make sure you request Shane. He is such a pleasure to deal with and you will be thrilled with the end result.

    Patio Door Adjustment

    Thank you to the Service Manager at Clera Windows for scheduling a prompt service call to adjust a patio door purchased from Clera a few years ago. Service technician was punctual in his arrival time. He was courteous, professional and neat in completing repairs.
