Dear private user,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. At Clera our greatest desire is to ensure our customers are satisfied at all levels and to find the most suitable way to fix their issues as soon as possible. We apologize for the delay of your windows, we try very hard to honour all our estimated times of delivery. However, since the Covid-19 issues the manufacturing industry, world-wide, has been extremely impacted. For the first time in modern history demand supply and workforce availability are affected globally and that has heavily impacted the timely production of window and door orders, something that is beyond our control. We are sorry to hear you feel our windows are of poor quality. We will have to disagree with you, Clera has been manufacturing windows for over 44 years and we have provided quality products to thousands of homes. We regard our lasting presence in the industry as a testament of great products and services. The innumerable positive reviews are a proof of our customers satisfaction of our excellent services and quality products.
Condensation on your windows is due to the high humidity in your home. Interior window and door condensation/frost is caused by excessive moisture in the house and it occurs when the warm air inside the house condenses on the cold windows. Windows do not produce water on their own. Also, condensation is more likely to occur when drapes are closed or shades are pulled down. Circulate the air in the house, turn down the humidifier, perhaps if you run a dehumidifier and if you can keep the inside air drier, the condensation will be eliminated.
For more information about condensation, please visit our website. https://www.clerawindows.com/informationcentre/faqs/
If you have any questions, please contact your local branch manager or myself, Rita at rita@clerawindows.com.
We thank you for your business and wish you the best!
