    Window installation

    Overall experience from choosing windows to installation was positive. Sales team was very knowledgeable and detailed in measuring requirements, and type of windows required., prices were comparable to competitors. I was a little concerned with installation team lack of awareness for recently renovated areas where windows were installed. No damage was incurred, but I had to put extra protection over new flooring and counter tops to ensure that was the case. Windows look great, and so far were very happy with our purchase of these windows.

    Fantastic quality and service

    This is the second time we have used Clera windows for new windows. Always amazing service and quality! Gary and his team are knowledgeable and dependable. I cannot recommend them enough.

    New bow window for front of my house

    Absolutely love the window. Thank you for the very easy installation that was done by 2 very polite and helpful.

    New window installation

    After an excellent job estimate, we went with the company that offered excellent prices and quality windows. Our patio door was custom made and it wasnt an issue. The installation was done professionally and carefully by a friendly crew. They gave us full instructions of the care and operation of each window and our sliding door. We are very pleased with the entire project and will have the rest of our windows done in the near future.

    Window Glass Replaced

    Excellent service and good job done. Manager Hans courteous, friendly and prompt in responding. Will recommend company.

    New outside doors and bay window

    This is the third time weve used Clera Windows. So happy with the work they did. John and Jeremy did an amazing job and were very helpful and professional. Nothing in our house is level, but they patiently worked away to make our home look beautiful. Weve had lots of compliments from our neighbours- especially about the new, red front door.

    Friendly, fast, efficient

    Bought a very basic sliding glass door system and am pleased. Roddy, Hossein, Amandeep are all great.

    Exceptional

    Exceptional experience. Thank you Clera for the lovely windows. Not only was I able to get a great price on the windows I was also given great advice by Tim the local representative for my area. He did all he could to give me a look that was going for and did a great job providing good advice on how to make some of my windows more affordable and keeping me on budget. I won't hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends. When it comes to great service and a price that I can afford I know who to contact.

    Sticky Sliding Patio Door

    We had a sliding patio door installed 25 years ago that was not rolling properly. Rita at Clera Windows and Doors went out of her way to help us resolve the problem. She exchanged numerous emails and phone calls with us that included a link to an online video on cleaning the track and a link to a lubricant that they use, all while saving us from a service charge that many companies would have been eager to collect. We are very appreciative of the time Rita spent assisting us and would highly recommend Clera as a company that puts their customers first.

    French patio doors

    Chris our sales representive, came and helped us choose the perfect french patio doors for our country farm in Caledon. He made the process extremely easy. Russell and his crew did an amazing job installing the doors, I couldn't beleive how fast they were and how clean they left the area. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, very professional and reliable.
