    Windows

    We have used Clera windows for 2 years now. We chose Clera for the pricing, respect from Gary and the installation crew! What a great job and time efficient of the installation was excellent! Both years my windows came in and installed 1+ months early! I have already recommended team Clera in Kingsville.

    windows

    The installers arrived on time, laid protective floor coverings around work area, worked together as a team installing windows, explained all questions asked, cleaned up work area after installation complete. The windows work very well and I would recommend Clera and their installers to others . Now my home has all the original windows replaced by Clera.

    Love our new windows!

    Our new windows are fantastic. The installer was wonderful. They are easy to use; we love the updated look of the cranks and the streamline look gives us much more window, as opposed to the bulky window frames. I would purchase from Clera again.

    Window install

    Job well done by installers except for a missing screen and incorrectly installed sill cap.

    Old Window Upgrades

    When our 1940s home needed upgrades to original windows, I'm so please we found Clera. They were able to work with us to create a plan to maintain the original look of our home while adding function. One of our rooms have original interior windows that added ambience to the room and we did not want to part with. Clera suggested, and then expertly installed, exterior windows that would allow us to keep the interior decorative windows and still allow for perfect air flow and energy savings through more efficient glass. The process from consultation through ordering through to installation was smooth. Even with supply shortages Clera was able to install our windows in a reasonable timeframe that they were correct about. Installation was speedy and hassle-free. Their expertise was clear from the moment they started installing windows through to their final touchups and checking everything was in order. We are huge fans of the work they did and our new windows! Thanks Paul and Trey.

    Original Window and Sliding door replacement

    Greg, Trevor, and team delivered on their commitment! I can't say enough about the team that completed my project of 6 Regular Windows, a Bay Window, and Sliding door. The product quality was exactly as discussed, and the installation team was very professional and accommodating. Since I work from home, they constantly checked in to see if I had planned calls each day and planned around those calls. The removal and installation was seamless and ensured that I was aware of the status of the existing framing (luckily no issues). We love the suggested picture window in the kitchen! Thank you

    New windows and patio door

    Purchased and installed all new windows and patio door in mid-2020. PROS: - The appearance is very nice from the inside and outside. They look solid and modern. - The house definitely retains greater heat during the colder months. - Long term/lifetime warranty is great to have should anything happen. - Responsive customer service. I had an issue with a defective lock on the patio door and it was replaced right away. CONS: - The installation team damaged some walls during the install (drywall in various places; extra cuts and slices they made accidentally). Not impressed. - The double paned glass does not do enough to muffle outdoor sounds or keep indoor noise inside. - On super cold days ice seems to build up on the inside window ledge. I thought new windows would help with this issue. - There were large gaps left from where the old frames were removed and new ones installed. Not impressed that the customer has to finish caulking to make it look presentable. - The design of the window frame itself. The openings (designed for airflow and drainage) allow small insects easier access and are also drafty as a result.

    New Patio door and large 3 pane window

    From salesman, Adam, to measure and installation to follow up by Amadeep, all staff were respectful and efficient. While it took some time for products to arrive, we were kept informed along the way. Work was completed satisfactorily. We picked Clera because they had the best price and we were not let down by service. Will use them again.

    Replace sliding door lock

    The service department was excellent - the person we dealt with was Rita - we explained the urgency because we were moving and had to repair the sliding door lock as soon as possible. We called the service department on June 6th and on the very next day the service person was at our home replacing the lock. Both employees were knowledgeable, efficient and very kind. Definitely will buy from Clera Windows again.
