Your sales manager informed us that he has contacted you several times and the only issue with your order was the late delivery of your storm door. It's important to bear in mind that, due to serious supply chain issues industry-wide and extraordinary demand, both related to the Covid-19 pandemic, delays in product deliveries and services are not uncommon anymore. We apologize for that but, all delays are beyond our control. The branch manger also confirmed that your door was already installed days ago.
