    New Window broke after few weeks, but repaired and fixed

    Window replacement was delayed for weeks due to Covid, then once installed the window was hard to close so handle broke. I called Mike he said he would send his best service tech to fix my window, he did a great job and Mike followed up to make sure I was happy.

    Replacement Window Screens

    Our Clera windows are very nice. However, upon installation of the windows the installers tore 2 of the window screens then we discovered an additional torn window screen. Our installation was in July 2021. We have reached out to Clera and the representative several times regarding the replacement window screens that he advised have been on order since July 2021. It is now the end of October. We are very concerned and disappointed in the delay.

    Window Replacement

    A bit late with this review due to general busyness. Had the front of the house done in 2019 and was quite happy with the windows so decided to get the back of the house done in 2021. John had some great recommendations based on location and shape of the various windows. Installation occurred in early August 2021. Trevor and crew were excellent, very courteous and professional. All windows in the house have now been replaced and working very well.

    Difficulty servicing Haliburton area

    I used Clera windows for my house in Toronto in 2012. I had a great sales rep named Adam and no issues with the windows at all. My experience was so good that I had them install windows in my house north of Toronto in 2016. Less than a year after install, one of the windows started getting cloudy (factory seal broke) but fortunately, the window was still under warranty. I tried contacting the rep, Paul, but he was overworked and kept promising to come and didn't. I tried again, and got another sales rep, Dale, who came all the way Burlington and promised to help me with the window. He ran into problems with Clera and quit the company. I contacted Rita at Clera who told me not to deal with the reps anymore but deal directly with her. She worked on it but with Covid it continued to drag out. After a number of internal miscommunications and delays the company finally sent the replacement glass to my rep, Paul, who took six months to give me an install date and then quit the company. Clera (Rita) has now ensured that she is working diligently to rectify the situation. She is great at communicating and I feel confident she will fix this problem.

    Bay window, bathrooms windows and recaulking back window

    On May 10th, 2021 Jonathan the sales person was sent to my home and after I sign a contract with him, he took $ 2,250.00 deposit from me and he doesn't want to do the work and I ask for my deposit back the company does not reply to me even after giving confirmation that they will contracted me in 24 hrs which supposed to be September 16th,2021. October 25th, 2021 Today I have discussed with Rita A. about the installation issues that I have and she made arrangements for the windows to be installed tomorrow October 26th, I am very pleased with this agreement. She was very polite and professional in resolving this issue. I Really appreciate her help, thank you Rita

    All brand new beautiful windows on my home!

    Highly recommend James and his team! Super friendly, easy to work with and my new windows look fantastic! Truly impressed with their work ethic and time management. They were able to give me exactly what I asked for and well under my budget and they absolutely go the extra mile for you! Thankyou so much, your efforts are truly appreciated!

    Very Poor job!

    Very poor installation and customer service. I had the windows installed and all 4 leaked within 4 months. It took 7 months for them to come an repair the front ones and Steve has still not returned my phone calls. He made an appointment and did not show up. He also did not return my phone call why he did not show up. Would not reccommend this company.

    Amazing!

    Mike made the ordering of the windows and doors so easy and the install was done efficiently and on time. These guys were amazing! The product is great!

    Windows

    We signed a contract on July 11, 2021 for 3 windows with an installation date scheduled for the 3rd week of August. We are now in the middle of October without the contract being fulfilled. Unfortunately the delay is unacceptable considering we gave a deposit. The sales rep/branch manager does not communicate with us unless we reach out to him. We went with Clear Windows based on the reputation but are extremely disappointed in the delay and lack of customer service. How would you compensate your clients?
