    windows&double doors

    Work has been completed in a professional manner by Alan and his team. Alan was very polite and respected my privacy while working in my home. On the second day Alan worked mainly alone in adverse weather never complaining. When he could not work outside he proceeded to do what he could inside. Alan made sure that the work sites were clean at the end of each day. I was impressed with the way he was explaining how things were done to his less experienced crew.

    Replacement of all windows in home

    We recently had almost every window in our house replaced by Clera Windows and Doors. We highly recommend them. Gary and the entire team were wonderfully personable, respectful, and accommodating of our requests. Rob and the installation team did an impeccable job - truly excellent work and we are delighted by the result. We'll be calling on them again for new doors at some point!

    Window Replacement

    Clera windows was quick to respond to my enquiry, and was able to offer window products that meet the design features I was looking for. The windows were ready in the time frame promised, and were installed all in one day. The installers were professional and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. The one disappointment was that on installation the bedroom window widths ended up being a inch smaller than the previous windows. This required me to buy new blinds in 3 rooms. The price was by far the best quote that I got. None of the other companies I contacted came close. The windows look great and are a big improvement on what I had.

    Window replacements

    Greg my contact and Trevor and his install team were a pleasure to deal with, did a great job on my windows, the price was right and the quality of the windows are very good.

    New windows

    Bathroom window needed adjustment. I called my installer, he came same day repaired window in a very pleasant & professional manner. Very pleased with the service

    Windows

    Koodos to Ken from Clera Windows + Doors. No pressure, came to my home, brought a sample window, let me examine it and the rest was up to me. Had them installed in April of this year and he's been there if for any reason I needed to ask any questions. I had other windows that I had purchased in Sept of 2019, which (with the aid of Ontario Consumer Affairs) were picked up by the original company and a full re-imbursement was made to me. I am unfortunately skeptical of my new windows from Clera and will be until after the winter months of 2021/2022 are over. With the previous company I was told "you have to expect a little rain, cold, wind and flies to come in". Here I thought windows were to keep out the elements. I now have good windows and they are from Clera. I learned a valuable lesson even at my age of seventy-two, go with the company that makes the product NOT with a company that just sells it. Ken, you and your installer Jeff are terrific.......Thank you, Kaylene

    Window replacement

    Jerry and his team did a great job. I have a 150 year old house where nothing is square or straightforward. They took their time, explained everything and made sure that the fit was perfect. They also custom made the outside flashing so it fit the look of the house. The installers were on time, efficient and polite. I believe I got a very good price and have great windows that will last.     Window Replacement

    Needed to have to upper front windows replaced and after looking around for quotes was referred to Clera windows. Great company to deal with right from initial visit for quote to installation. Once quote was agreed upon was given an approx installation date inside 2 months which was delivered. Installers were courteous, knowledgeable and kept work area clean. Overall a very professional company.

    NEW WINDOWS

    The windows in the house were original window from 1993 and I was so ready for new ones. Just love the job and the windows that Clea installed. Highly recommend them.
