We have encountered certain delays as a result of this pandemic. There was and still is a shortage of some raw materials industry-wide combined with shortage of staff due to Covid-19. This interruption has delayed the production of several of our customers orders. We are trying to do whatever we can with the limited resources available. Clera remains fully committed to pursing the completion of our work in a safe, diligent and reasonable manner under the circumstances. That is the reason why your sales rep was unable to provide you with a firm installation date. He also informed me that he sent out letters to all of his customers about the delays. Not sure why you never received one. We are happy that you like your new door and that Avni did an excellent job installing it. I'm sure your home looks spectacular with the new door.
