    A Happy Clera window owner

    I have ordered windows over several years and can attest to longevity and quality. I first ordered two bedroom north facing many years ago and have had no problems. Last year I ordered a large west facing window. This year I ordered a small west facing window(slider), a south facing small grilled kitchen window, and a larger living room 3 panel, grilled window (stationary center with two side crank panel openings). Over the years I have had excellent sales experience, professional installation and love my windows. They are beautiful and functional. I have done extensive window research each year prior to ordering. You get quality every step of the way and can highly recommend this company, Clera

    Replaced all windows and patio door

    From start to finish we were very satisfied with the service that Clera provided. Our salesperson Dennis was very knowledgeable of all products and was always in touch to answer any questions. He phoned us regularly to touch base . Russell and Miguel were very respectful of our home and were honest and approachable. They worked hard to stay on timelines given and cleaned up every evening before leaving . We have nothing negative to say about our experience . Our windows look great and we are happy that we chose Clera.

    Superb Service and Product

    My experience with Clera Windows and Doors was excellent: professional service & communication, reasonable prices, high quality product and installation, very efficient and friendly. My windows are beautiful and I am very happy! I highly recommend them.

    Ripped Off

    This was a horrible experience from start to finish. Ordered a garden door from Marcello, their sales guy/"Regional Manager". We specified gloss black on the outside and white on the inside. What we actually received was flat black on the outside and this cheap, blue/white on the inside (had I noticed before it went in I would have refused the install). All he would say is "that's our standard black and that's our standard white". He tried insisting that we saw colour samples when in fact we did not (as confirmed by my wife to his face) yet he still insisted we did and that we agreed to it. This is a typical sales tactic - promise something that's more expensive and then switch to the cheaper version - which is EXACTLY what happened here. We would have gladly paid more for what we ordered yet we were never given that chance. Bottom line - stay far, far away from this business. We've essentially lit $6000 on fire as we'll be getting someone else to install what we wanted in the first place next year. Update: Filed BBB complaint as well and ZERO contact from company. Looks like we'll be doing a credit card chargeback. Reply to Company: That's not what happened at all and I didn't damage anything. Your "manager" is trying to cover up his part in this disagreement. My part was telling him to get out of my house. Back to the matter at hand - our garbage door. Anything else does not negate the fact of my initial complaint. Are you going to address this issue or not?

    Window replacement

    We needed new front windows and had contacted a local company that was 6 blocks from our house. They promised they'd be in touch within a few weeks for a quote. 3 months went by and we never heard from them again. A friend of mine mentioned she had bought from Clera before so I contacted Eric for a quote. He was at our house a week later and provided prompt and courteous service. We ordered our windows and had them installed. The guys did a wonderful job and we're very happy with the results. We'll be using this company again in the new year to replace the rest of the windows in our house!

    New front door

    Completely satisfied with the quality of the door and the installation crew , John and his crew did a great job on the install and were professional in everything from the start of the job right to the clean up. I would highly recommend Clera to my family, friends and neighbors

    Front door and sliding glass door replacement

    My husband and I are extremely happy with our new doors. We are going through several renovations at our new house and we've experienced some poor work from other contractors. The clera windows team was quick and efficient and did an excellent job with the install taking time to ensure both doors were perfect. We need new windows and are planning on using the company again.

    Window replacement

    We had a very Friendly salesperson who also installed 4 new windows in our home. We got a great price as well. Will use again for other windows that need to be replaced in the future.

    Windows Replacement

    Quality of the windows are excellent. Installers are efficient and organized. Although the delivery was a little bit late because of covid issues, Clera was sincere with their updates.

    Excellent installers. Quotes were timely and accurate. Timelines were adhered to and the work was done to a high level.
