Burst pipe. Mark was at my home within an hour, and had it fixed. He is very pleasant, and had it resolved in no time. I'm so grateful!

Very glad I hired Hoerner for this job, especially with having Nick Gray as Project Lead. Daily, before work started, Hoerner sent emails showing the plumbers who would be coming to my house that day, with a photo and short bio. Nick answered my questions directly and without delay, provided good suggestions and solutions (as needed), and continually kept me appraised of the work status before, during and after completion. Nick performs high quality work, has a strong work ethic, good people skills, and a very high level of knowledge and experience. Nick is well respected by the supporting team to whom he provided good guidance and oversight. The team (Cole/Lance/Lorenzo) was hard working, respectful of my home and performed good work commensurate with their experience levels.

Tankless water heater needed to be replaced due to age-related failure. Hoerner's service was prompt and friendly (promptness much appreciated as the unit was the primary heat for the house, and it is winter). Technicians were also very friendly and professional. Would recommend with no reservation.

Nick replaced a leaky valve quickly and without any trouble. I appreciate his help and would recommend.

My on-demand hot water heater wasn't heating properly - I assumed it would require a costly fix. Instead, Nicolas from Hoerner redirected water from a faulty reserve tank, solving the problem without major repair work. I have always been impressed with Hoerner's honesty and level of service.

Previous owner had messed up the heat pump and thermostat. Nothing connected. All adjustments had to be manual by taking a trip to utility room. Hoerner managed to come up with a clever solution.

Quick onsite service. Clear communication from the CSR on the phone re: options and timing. Installers were courteous, quick, and clean. Installers also clearly communicated any issues and resolution options during the removal and install process.

My boiler was due for replacement in the upcoming spring but those timelines were expedited unexpectedly. Tracey was able to connect me with Nathaniel, who walked me through several options until we decided what was best for my home. Nathaniel, Mark, Jane and Daniel came on time every day, with a smile on their faces, to start working. Nathaniel did an overview of what we had previously discussed and outlined what to expect over the next four days. The Hoerner team provided clear and constant communication which is very important for a job like this. My family and I are 100% satisfied with all the work the team did and I would highly recommend Hoerner as your primary heating and plumbing team. A huge thanks to Nick for solving a problem the original installer couldnt figure out in over 15 separate visits across multiple years! His professional manner, obvious expertise in respect of the broader system mechanics and ability to trouble shoot and problem solve resulted in a resolution we feared might never have been found given our prior experience with the company who should theoretically have understood the system better than anyone! We had a slightly mysterious leak inside a wall in our home. Hoerner came in very quickly after we reported it, diagnosed the problem, found the source of the leak, and provided 3 options for a solution. Lance was professional, courteous, and very skilled. He listened to me, and between us, we found a solution to the problem, which, in this case, was not invasive ( He only had to open the wall in one quite small place.) and not expensive.
