Super work! We had a blocked drain in the basement and La identified a problem with roots in the drain. He worked at removing them and then when testing the flow, wasnt satisfied with how it was working, so continued to spend more time and discovered a huge blockage, which he then removed. Previous plumbers didnt take the time to properly resolve the problem. I really appreciate how much care La showed in his work. Would definitely call again in the future.

I would like to let people know how wonderful Nicolas was. Great advice, knowledgeable, saved me money. How rare it is to have someone come and advise you honestly what needs to be done. Thank you Nicolas. You were great.

The guys (Lance and Nick) came early this morning and quickly found and resolved the issue of a leak suddenly springing up in the basement under the powder room. It was a temporary cap left on a vent that should have been made permanent and glued on during construction (goodness knows how many years ago!), so they attached one of the right type, secured it and were gone again - after cleaning up - in about half an hour. Shout out to Kim in the office for a very supportive and communicative scheduling process. Really appreciate the great customer service all around. (Landlord is paying but was only charged for visit and diagnostic)

For the second time in less than a month and about 10th time in the past 30 years, our clay tile "sanitary" drain backed up. We knew this system was terminally clogged and damaged by roots from a beautiful silver maple located on city property and that we would need a temporary cleanout and a long term solution to the problem. On the basis of a stellar recommendation from a friend, we contacted Hoerner Heating, Plumbing and Drains. They sent Nick and Cole to the rescue with snakes and cameras two days after our call, which was not a real emergency. Within three hours after arrival, the team had the drain flowing again, and had formulated a detailed plan at reasonable cost to replace the old tiles using pipe bursting technology! In brief, we were impressed by the problem solving ability of the Team, and attention to detail generally. And feeling confident about the big job ahead! Well, the backwater valve and new piping have now been installed. This took only 3 days and there were no surprises. Thanks again to Nick and Cole and team for the quality work.

Nick did a great job. He was professional - knowledgeable, thorough and patient with my questions. He has a very good customer service ethic. This is the second time he has helped me out and is now my 'go to' person at Hoerner.

Our boiler stopped working on a cold Sunday which meant no heat and no hot water. I didn't want to pay the (very reasonable) emergency service fee for having someone come out on a Sunday, so Hoerner sent Andrew out first thing Monday and my heat and hot water were back on within an hour!

Two visits with snakes and cameras discovered roots in our drains. Great job getting it cleared and given the amount of time/work (6hrs total) it felt like a very fair price. The team was great and prompt.

Water damage is always scary. Nick was able to come out promptly and diagnose the problem. Excellent customer service experience from the initial phone call to invoicing. I love that everything was paperless!
