Company was prompt and very helpful and the cost for a visit and to get a quote was very competitive compared to other quotes.

From the quote to the installation, the level of communication, construction (selection of equipment) and administration was exceptional. As a bonus, Mark, Daniel and Adam left a plumbing design worthy of the Louvre on my wall. These guys arent cheap, but you get fantastic work. You get what you pay for. Full combi boiler and water heater.

This is not my first time using Hoerner, but it was no different from my previous experiences. The technicians are always courteous, efficient, tidy and then, if you like, they will explain their work (or what needs to be done) very clearly, without condescension. The company is very reliable.

Nicolas did a great job diagnosing the issue, and recommended future parts/work that would be needed to make sure the issues dont keep reoccurring with my Combi-Boiler. He showed up on time, did a great job of explaining things, and was highly educated.

My after hours emergency call was fielded courteously, and Lance arrived within 2 hours of my call on a very snowy day. He was pleasant and courteous, diagnosed the trouble as the toilet shut off valve and repaired and replaced it leaving everything clean and tidy after his work.

They came and investigated the situation promptly and provided a quote within 24 hours of their initial visit.
