It was very easy to book with Hoerner. Nicholas showed up exactly on time for both visits. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took great care to be clean in the house.

When my toilet started refilling very slowly, I called Hoerner. They had me text pictures of the issue to them. The technican came the nex day, precisely at the appointment time, was pleasent and good natured, explained the work and how long it would take and how much it would cost, and cleaned up after himself. Overall, very happy.

Emergency weekend call out, responded quickly and was here within the hour. Very professional Knowledgeable on drainage systems and efficient resolution of sewage backup before any damage was done to the basement flooring.

Flow through my water heater dropped from about 3 gpm to 1 gpm due to calcification in the tubes. Hoerner showed up, flushed the heater, and got the flow up to 3.5 gpm. It took an hour. The technicians were knowlegeable, friendly and great to work with. No muss, no fuss, problem solved.

My radiator TRV valve in my bedroom was seized and not working, and I couldn't adjust the temperature and suffered from too much heat at night. With the valve replaced, I can now regulate my radiator. Nicolas and his helper, Jane, did an excellent job and left everything clean behind them, unlike other contractors that came to our house. I love how they send their customers reminders of the upcoming appointment and send the information and photo of their technicians for safety purposes.
