I was delighted with the service Nathaniel who came to work on the BBQ gas valve. He was quick, efficient and friendly. He explained the problem clearly and provided additional service to fix minor plumbing issues. Also this company's admin staff are excellent. They are very accommodating and informative, and very helpful. I recommend this company to anyone who needs gas and plumbing help.

High efficiency heater was not working. Took care of how best to provide service. Requested pictures which helped . On site Ed was calm, efficient and effective. Repair was done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company.

Cole came with another tech (did not get her name) He told me that he could not use the camera in the drain because of debris. He contacted his office and gave me a name and number of another business that can help clear the debris with a vacuum cleaner. I appreciated his honesty and thanks to Hoerner for having such honest and helpful employees.

Daniel and Lance arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our premises. They were kind and courteous with our staff and were exceptionally professional. We are looking forward to getting our quotes for our larger project having Hoerner back to complete the job.

Efficient toilet install. Arrived on time, with great attitude. New toilet was in my car - I couldn't handle it myself - they cheerfully removed it and carried it upstairs. We've used Hoerner for other jobs - always a good experience. Not a budget option - but good professional service.

Hoerner was incredibly responsive and flexible during multiple scheduling changes to coordinate the job with the gas company. Nicolas was knowledgeable, helpful, very friendly and did a really great job.

This was the 1 year check up on a new boiler installation Hoerner did for me last year. All was in good order. They showed me the inside of the boiler cabinet, everything looked extremely clean. This 1 year check up was a free service they offer.
