Hot water tank leak. Hoerner answered their phone with a real person (!!) and arrangements were made for an inspection, quote and contract within 4 hours. Couldn't ask for a more efficient response. I recommend these guys.

This was the second time Lance came to our home. He did a great job of explaining the issue and I was able to make a decision about the repair. Hoerner heating and plumbing is a reliable company that provides great service.

My Toto toilet stopped working properly. I phoned one day, Mark was here the next. He told me what was wrong, gave me options for fixing it, and then fixed it. It now works like new. Thank you, Mark.

We had a sewage back up in the basement. Hoerner came and indicated the issue and we had all the pipes in the basement floor replaced and a back flow installed outside. They were here for 5 days and were extremely efficient and did an excellent job in replacing everything that was needed. Nick, Adam and Lance were friendly, efficient and did a great job on cleanup after all was done.

Nathaniel from Hoerner did a fantastic job re-piping our radiant heating system. It had been installed incorrectly and our entire basement was like a sauna. Piping has been corrected and a sensor outside will save us on our gas bill and make it more efficient. And well be able to use the basement in the summer without dripping in sweat! UPDATE: we had an issue Nov 1 2023 when we tried to put the furnace on and the boiler stopped working- no heat or hot water! Nicholas was dispatched same day by the lovely Kim at Hoerner and fixed it right away. The best service!

I wasn't present but the other owner/partner was. The plumber sealed the drain in the upstairs bathroom as a first step in analyzing the source of the problem. We have to monitor the water marks o the ceiling to see if the leak is increasing. Give it a couple of weeks. Seems sensible.

Cole was on time, job was done quickly, he was friendly, professional and communicated well. Cleaned up after work.
