Sent a message yesterday about need of repair for 2 sinks. The company called to schedule an appointment within the hour. The following day, Nick arrived at our house, appeared to have solved the issue using a snake drain, and provided us with many insights along the way about other potential issues/repairs that we asked about. Unfortunately, that same day in the evening, the 2 sinks went back to being clogged for no apparent reason and stayed that way ever since. So it appears the true issue was never resolved, but $400 has been spent.

I had Hoerner come out a couple months ago (yes I know I'm slow to write reviews) to deal with a clogged sink. The guys were able to trace the problem to some shall-we-say 'creative' plumbing the previous house owners had done both under the sink and in the basement. They re-plumbed the drain pipe into something a lot more sensible, and snaked out the clog. I appreciate all their efforts; it looked like a pretty stubborn problem.

This is the 4th or 5th time we've used Hoerner . As always, the Hoerner team did an excellent job. They completed the installation in a day, taking care as they worked and when going in and out of the house, and did a good job of tidying up at the end. They were also very good at answering questions and explaining what they were doing.

Hoerner could not have been more helpful nor given more personalized assistance. Additionally, they sent out a sophisticated, creative technician who, instead of taking easy way out & telling me I needed a new toilet. He customized a part and streamlined my ancient Toto back to working. All this first thing in the morning & he took 45 minutes max. The service at Reception when I called was also stellar. She kept it going, made it happen. Unreal. I am thrilled & HIGHLY recommend Hoerner

Unasked, he got us a quote for replacement of a shower assembly. He worked quickly and quietly. Work area very neat. Would be glad to see him back for any future repair.

I had a flood in my basement in November and had to find a plumber. I remembered a local company and wanted to give them my business. The team arrived quickly, assessed the issue and resolved it in a short period of time. The plumbers were professional, efficient and explained their process step by step. As a proactive measure, I had Hoerner back again to do a camera inspection, to see if any tree roots had grown back. I will book them for an annual inspection. This company is very responsive and their employees are top notch. The approximate cost reflects the camera inspection plus service call.
