Kim at Customer Service was so amazing and easy to work with over the phone and text. Daniel was so knowledgeable, tidy, friendly and helpful on site. Overall amazing experience, will use them again and highly recommend them. (Updating this review) We just had another issue and knew that we needed to call Hoerner because we trust them. La and Adam were on time, knowledgeable, clean and so helpful. There seems to be a trend when hiring Hoerner. We are very appreciative of the amazing service. We had another issue and Daniel came this time. He was so helpful and even identified a problem we thought had been fixed.

We had a slow kitchen sink and Lance didnt stop just at snaking but got down to the root cause. Thanks

Nic came to do annual service. He is very familiar with our NTI boiler. The digital display was not working and Nic did a very thorough job of explaining the potential steps in replacing the display. He contacted NTI and had their guidance in diagnosing the issue with the display. He is always very thorough and courteous. We highly recommend Nic.

My basement apartment tenants continuously complained of a persistent odor...but I couldn't find the source. Lance from Hoerner arrived within an hour and accurately assessed the problem. The washer dryer had been installed incorrectly and was missing the P-trap and allowing sewage gas into the apartment. Lance had all the necessary replacement parts and fixed the problem within an hour. Fantastic! I have been putting up with this for years. Great job Lance and Hoerner!

I've been using Hoerner for years and they are always punctual and professional. The two installers were great, and very informative.

I had Hoerner Plumbing come by for a mini split assessment. There scheduling process is best in class with email and text reminders prior to the appointment. Great detailed explanation of the available options. There staff (Nicholas and Selena) were very respectful.

Year after year Hoerner has given us the most amazing, reliable service. We had a minor boiler issue but they made it a priority visit, Mark checked everything, not just the problem. Someone has always shown up quickly and cheerfully made sure the boiler was working perfectly. Great company, wonderful to deal with.

Lance checked the problem areas thoroughly and did not believe he could improve the drainage significantly if he used the snake. He said that the problem is probably the size of the pipes. I appreciated his honesty and also saved a substantial amount of money.

Every year Hoerner performs an annual cleaning on my boiler and keeps it running smoothly and efficiently. I have always found their tradesmen skilled and knowledgeable.
