Cole was fantastic today! The job was fixed quickly, and he was so polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and on time! I will use Hoerner Plumbing from now on for all my plumbing needs.

La was very experienced, clear in what he said. He cleaned and repositioned the pipes in order to save me the expense of replacing parts that did not need to be replaced. Trademark plumbing who fixed this problem, supposedly, a few months ago, apparently did not install the parts properly causing the leak under the sink.

Fast, easy booking process. They requested photos of the boiler and a description of issues at time of booking, then arrived prepared. My boiler wasn't working at all, with an error code on the front panel. After diagnosing the issue, they gave pricing on parts before starting work. No surprises and really good communication. I'm now doing a bunch more work with them on replacement rads and new valves.

Nick and team were fantastic to work with as we dealt with a sewer issue on the city side. Punctual, responsive and took time to answer my questions. Work done: excavation, cleanout installation, drain pipe repair, backwater valve installation.

My relationship with Hoerner began in August when I called for an emergency repair to my old water heater. Nathaniel couldnt get to me for a few days but very kindly worked with me over Facetime to at least get the cold water working. A few days later, the owner, Andrew, came out and provided a stopgap solution until the water heater could be replaced. That was very much appreciated and I could tell right then he really knew his stuff. That made me realize this was my new favourite heating and plumbing company. Nathaniel and his team of Jane, Lance, Cole and Daniel did a great job installing my new boiler and water heater. If there was an option of 11 stars, they deserve every one. Not only are they all very nice and professional people, which is a wonderful bonus, the meticulous work they did over four days is truly a beautiful piece of copper pipe artwork. I now have heat and hot water and peace of mind for the next decade or so. I even tacked on a few other plumbing repairs while they were here and they were very cheerful about getting these projects done. I couldnt be happier!

We had to redo the shutoff valves and connections for our washing machine and move out our utility sink, to get a new washer into the very tight space. Lance and Nick were fantastic, polite, professional, knowledgeable and solved our problem. Ten stars if you had them.

The technician Lloyd was professional and did good workmanship. He was also informative about what he was doing and the results of his testing.
