We called in a panic, Hoerners helped find an empty time slot today and our technician, La, arrived and was friendly, very informative, and put up with my endless questions. Not only did we get our immediate problem solved, but thanks to Las ability to explain, I feel I understand a bit more about our plumbing system! La was great!

Helpful, excellent advice, the very pleasant technician fixed our toilet and tap issues and made suggestions to successfully get through the winter with our outdoor hoses. I've worked with Hoerner for both gas and plumbing and I'm very pleased with their work.

We needed a replacement pump for our under-floor radiant heating system. In addition, we needed cutoff valves installed. The Hoerner team had to drain all our radiators (on 3 floors); the entire job, including a thorough check of our boiler. As always, Hoerner did a first-rate job. We can't recommend Hoerner highly enough. We've used Hoerner 3 times for various heating and A/C` jobs. They always show up on time, do a first-rate job, and are friendly and communicative. The office staff answering the phone is also terrific. We're so glad we found Hoerner.

Lloyd was the absolute best repair service person weve ever had on our home. Arrived early, removed his shoes, was extremely friendly and very efficient and fast. The estimate and payment options were emailed to me on the spot and signed and paid for before he even left without a machine or a call in to anyone. All through text and email. We will definitely have him back to help us install gas lines for our future outdoor pizza oven endeavours (which of course he has even already emailed us a quote for, mins after leaving)

The hot water in my house was not hot. I thought I needed a new hot water tank . Nicholas checked my 11-year old tank out and helped me trouble-shoot. He did not try to up sell me with a new water heater. He proved a clear pathway with regards to my next steps. I was pleased with the exceptional service provided by Nicholas -extremely knowledgeable, excellent communication skills, very friendly, and was extremely patient while explaining things to me in simple language and answering my many questions. after 30 years our cold water shut off valve started leaking due to April washer replacement on both taps in our Master bathroom. These leaks can be catastrophic causing massive water damage in the home. We called Hoener and quickly arranged for their plumbing technician to come and replace these shut off valves which have not been touched for over 30 years.
