Three years ago Andrew installed a new gas-boiler in my house, the installation was a truly professional work, components neatly placed for easy service, an experienced and friendly friendly work crew; a few small leaks occurred which were repaired quickly, the boiler functions well with no problems to date. I would recommend Hoerner anytime !!

Hoerner gave me three options for my home that has radiators. Their prices were considered to be reasonable and fair. When I checked with friends in the business. I decided to go tankless for my heated water. Matt and Lloyd came when they said they would and were both respectful, kept work area tidy and informed me of what was happening as they went along. This assured me of their capability to the job. I plan to continue using them for my plumbing needs.

Waste stack from the bathroom was leaking. It's an older house with lead alloy piping. Nick did a great job fixing the leak. Work was neat, clean and quick.

Lloyd from Hoerner did an excellent, thorough cleaning and inspection of out Veissmann boiler. These boilers are amazing but complex and Lloyd did a great job. Hoerner's service has always been first-class.

Have used Hoerner in the past and have been happy with the work. Today I had a water line updated that supplies the hose bib. Also had a flapper valve in a toilet fixed.

I contracted Hoerner to remove and replace the old galvanized steel pipes in my home including a new manifold, remove and replace the low hanging radiator lines with new manifold and control system, rough in new bathroom/shower lines for two bathrooms, replace and add new radiators, and move the entire sewer stack. Technician Matt came to quote, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Matt provided a reasonable quote quickly and was an excellent help through the entire process. Matt was also the lead technician to complete the actual work, which proved challenging due to the age of the home and existing construction/fixtures. Matt found reasonable solutions to every challenge to my complete satisfaction. Matt and his team were always on time, clean and courteous throughout the entire job, which they completed a day early! Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work Matt and the Hoerner team provided to me, and would highly recommend them for any heating/plumbing job.

My tennant in the basement mention there was water coming up from the drain early in the morning. Within a few hours we had Hoerner plumbing on the phone and they had sent over La. He was professional and solved and fixed the problem as fast as he could. I was very impressed with how fast Hoerner was over to fix my problem.

Very satisfied with plumber who was very friendly. I could have probably changed the line myself but didn't want to take a chance. The plumber also offered good advice to cleaning water heater line with acid stains.

We had a completely blocked sink in our new (old) house. The Hoerner team arrived on time, and put a dedicated effort into a major blockage. They fixed the problem, and also updated the unnecessarily complicated piping to avoid a repeat issue. They were polite, informative and seemed truly interested in resolving the underlying problem.
