Nick, John and Alex from Hoerner did an amazing replacing my 100 year old broken clay pipe. This is a big dirty job that involves breaking concrete. They gave a detailed accurate quote, arrived and finished the work on time, and kept the space as clean as possible. They are also very polite and kept me informed about the work along the way. I definitely recommend their service!

We had a very good experience with the Hoerner team. Alex promptly responded to our phone call and dispatched a team of plumbers in a couple of hours. The technicians, Nick and Cole, were great - very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Using the camera, they showed the cause of the issue (tree roots) and explained every single step of the process to us. Planning to use the Hoerner Plumbing again.

Going away in a few days and discovered our kitchen faucet cartridge had worn out and suddenly we now had a constant low flow continuous leak into the sink. Not wanting to leave the house sitter to deal with this and not having the time to do a faucet replacement, I called in a pro. Called multiple service providers, including big and small operators where Hoerner picked up immediately, not sending me to voicemail, and I booked for an initial visit to confirm my suspicions and look at optional solutions. Here we are <48hrs from discovery to evaluation to part ordering to install and completed job. Whole way Hoerner office and tech have been outstanding and paid attention to detail. Persistent and intermittent problem with noise in water pipes which does not appear to correlate with taps being on or off or time of day, and will be silent for weeks at a time and then the noise returns. Lance arrived early, has a great attitude and is a very good listener. Excellent customer interaction and good communicator. Job site left spotless

My old kitchen faucet starting dripping non-stop. It was more than 20 years old, so we agreed the best move was to have a new one installed. The plumber was excellent - arriving when expected, bringing the new faucet with him, working quickly, efficiently and cleaning up beautifully as he went. Highly recommend!

Excellent as usual. Lance indicated the cost before starting, highly competent, pleasant, took shoes off in house, left everything clean and tidy and working perfectly
