Hoerner installs and maintains high efficiency combi-boilers for both household hot water and hot water radiators. Money well spent and they have excellent customer service!

Have used these guys on multiple occasions. Can't recommend highly enough. Responsive. Easy to deal with. Lovely technicians who explain everything, aren't shifty or try to up-sell you. Solve the problem quickly and without any drama.

Unfortunately... the entire toilet had to be removed. It was due to something going into the toilet that shouldn't have. Joe arrived within an hour and worked very hard and communicated everything and showed me exactly where it was clogged, and confirmed that it was more that I could have fixed on my own. He was very knowledgeable, I will be hiring him again when I am organized with some new fixtures to update some tired & teeny tiny toilets.

I had an emergency where I needed someone to set up a laundry tub and faucet as well as connect my washing machine. They were taking over the work someone had botched. They were so professional, courteous and helpful from the entire booking through the repair. They gave me an estimate before starting the work and then quickly got to it. The room looks pristine and everything is working great. Definitely my go to plumbing company moving forward!

I have used Hoerner several times and will use them again. They always arrive on time and fix what needs to be fixed. All their staff from the office to the trades are very pleasant. They explain what they are doing and offer options. They work clean - wear booties over their shoes and take away all garbage.

I had no idea how much a new boiler would cost OR how much work was needed to update my system. I had a few quotes but decided to go with a company who had served me well in the past. I am more than happy with Matt and his team from Hoerner. It is so obvious that he is motivated by pride in a job well done. The whole crew was polite and respectful. I was kept in touch of everything - and the place was left spotless. You cannot go wrong with Hoerner.

Needed some pipes re-fitted in the bathroom. Hoerner had Declan on the job within 24 hours. Everything done smoothly, efficiently and tidily. Not the first time we've had Hoerner in and it certainly won't be the last. Very happy with the work they do and the people they employ.
