I urgently needed to have a company come out to attend to my hot water issue and this company called me back right away and tried to get me someone immediately! The technician was very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable on my system in question. I never felt pushed or that he was telling me something wrong. He helped brainstorm with me for a future issue connecting to my hot water issue with great skill and patience and I felt very confident knowing that I would look to call them back to return for all future work. My problem at hand was fixed and my future issues solutions now planned for.

Claire arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and competent. Her explanations of areas needing attention and possible alternatives were excellent. Claire is an extremely well qualified and capable technician whom I would be more than happy to have again.

After receiving quotes of over $2000.00 from 2 other reputable plumbing companies to repair a jammed shower temperature control handle, I called Hoerner (they had done small jobs for me before) to do the same. Due to covid, Kim diagnosed the problem over the phone with me, with photos I had taken and sent her. She traced the needed parts to France, but found them in Toronto. The plumber arrived a week or so later, completed the job in 15 minutes and was on his way again. The total cost to me was approximately $300.00 all in. Needless to say, I am very happy and will recommend them to anyone.

I phoned Hoerner and they arranged an appointment within days. They called on day of appointment to ask if they could come earlier. They arrived on time and solved the problem within an hour. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend the company.

We have used Hoerner's services on numerous occasions due to the quality work and seamless business exchange. Today's effort was no exception. Both office and technical staff are professional and curious.

Great service. Right on time and completed the work as scheduled. Absolutely recommend the service to others. Claire was very professional, able to manage the issues we had with the radiators and her team were awesome.

Hoerner plumbing replaced a 20-year-old boiler with a high-efficiency model, rad installation, bbq gas line installation, and did a somewhat complicated reroute of a gas line and an old supply pipe that was hanging down from the basement ceiling. The communication was great, and they were prompt at answering any questions I had along the way. They were forthcoming with any complications they foresaw coming down the line, which was very appreciated. The team with Nathaniel, Marcus and Jay were friendly and polite. I would certainly engage services from Hoerner again in the future.

From start to finish this company is a classy operation!! I received an email confirming the service with a picture of the technician who is coming as well as some info on the technician. Vey nice personal touch. Derek was a star he explained the issues we have with our system and we will definitely have them over in the fall to do our maintenance,.
