I use this company for all our furnace, plumbing and drain needs. They are professional, well organized and helpful in every way. Our laundry Taps we’re very old and our washing machine tap was leaking. Matt prepared an estimate and once I gave the o.k., returned to do the work. Happy….happy.

High risk family here and I had called competitors about their covid policies. I was told that they were not able to formally or informally inquire about the vaccination status of their employees and was not reassured when their safety practices did not acknowledge the airborne nature of covid. Hoerner immediately put me at ease. The woman on the phone said their priority was to not make their staff sick, and said they even have tried to book vax appointments for their plumbers. I was reassured by their strategies: they asked me to leave the front door open and communicate with the plumber in my own house by text. Lan agreed to wear N95 protection we provided as another precaution. His work was meticulous, and he spent time to make sure it was done right. There was no mess at the end at all. We felt confident that the company is an ethical employer, not willing to take chances just to make some $$, and the work was great. We'll be happy to call them again.

Great plumbing service. Great customer service. Saturday I had water leaking from the kitchen sink. Turned off the water valve and it was still oozing all over the floor. I called late Saturday evening and they responded within a few minutes. Carefully explained all the Covid precautions they would take and helped to set up a contactless experience. Tech was at my home within the hour and had the problem diagnosed quickly. It was a really good experience. I was able to go to bed and sleep soundly with the problem resolved. Definitely my go to for the future.

Hoerner charged us $400.00 for the basic removal of an older kitchen faucet and installation of a new one. The job took 45 minutes and this price was absolutely ridiculous. They won’t tell you how much they are going to charge until they are onsite and you already owe them the 59 “diagnosis” fee. This is despite the fact that they clearly know how much they will charge you because another reviewer on this site was charged the same amount for a kitchen faucet install. It feels manipulative and the fee for a simple faucet install is absurdly disproportionate to the work involved. I will not hire this company again.

Base rate to remove a kitchen faucet, and install a new kitchen faucet (owner provided) is well over $400 - which I feel is outrageous, and also higher than base rates they charged in years past. To be fair, the quality of of their work is great, they are prompt and professional. However, a 30 minute job requiring no special tools, no drilling, no installing new shutoffs, no sweating pipe, with a bill of over $400 is not a fair reasonable price, even for good quality work. I gave them this feedback on the phone, and they only wanted to understand when I learned the cost for the job (before vs after the work was completed). But, that's not really my issue. Before, after, two weeks from now, who cares, $400 to install a faucet, is too much. I will take my business elsewere, going forward.

Very tech savvy company. Excellent communication with their clients. They quickly responded to our service request when our tankless hot water unit started leaking. We were very fortunate that they sent Claire. She was able to quickly diagnose the problem and install a new tankless water heater with no mess left behind. Thank you Claire.

Our old boiler died during the early spring and I contacted a few different companies about getting a new boiler. The owner of Hoerner, Andrew, came to our home and provided me with options and patiently talked me the installation process. Kim in the main office of Hoerner provided me with a highly detailed and informative overview of the pricing options. Shortly thereafter, the installation team of Nathaniel and Nick came and installed a new high efficiency IBC boiler. It took three days to remove the old boiler, and install the new system. The quality of work, professionalism, attention to detail, and clean up, were exceptional. Rarely have I been as impressed with level of service and attention to detail as I was with Hoerner.

From the initial call on a Saturday morning at 8 am to the finished job on Saturday afternoon at 4 pm,, the entire experience was excellent. Initial contact with Claire was friendly, pleasant and informative. I had estimates for three options within an hour and our technician, La, arrived at 12:30 with all the parts necessary for the job. He was polite, knowledgable and neater than I thought possible for a job this inherently messy. Everything was beautifully installed and all the trash disappeared with La. I never thought we could get this troublesome a problem fixed so quickly on a weekend. I cannot recommend Hoerner too highly and will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I needed to have a gas stove removed and the line capped off because I'm switching to induction, and was replacing a dead dishwasher at the same time. I wanted the work done quickly so I'd have minimal turnaround without a stove. Hoerner were able to schedule me for the very next day. Derek arrived on schedule, and gave me an quote on the spot, and once I agreed to the price he took care of the work very quickly and cleanly. He even jury-rigged a cap for the drain line so that if something went horribly wrong with the kitchen sink before the new dishwasher was installed, water wouldn't flood the cabinet. Fast, professional, and friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hoerner!
