Our furnace was leaking water. Derek came out to assess the situation and suggested an out-of-the-box solution involving a pump that would drain into our sink (eliminating the existing long and dirty pipe to the floor drain). We also had an assessment of the humidifier and decided on a recommended upgrade. The work was done well at a fair price and we have been dry and comfortable since - and expect this will serve us well into the future. I would not hesitate to request service by Hoerner again!

During the pandemic, we had a pipe burst in our living room wall. Water was running down the side of the house and there was a loud hissing sound until I turned off the water main. With visions of thousands of dollars in damage, I called Hoerner hoping they would live up to their Home Stars reviews. Stephen arrived 90 minutes later. He quickly identified the location, cut into the wall, noted the waterproofing had kept the water outside the house and running out the siding. He found the burst pipe, cut it off and recapped the site, and advised to keep the wall gap open and well heated during the cold snap. The bill was less than I had feared. Stephen was understanding, did a super job and followed all the COVID protocols. Thanks for a great job!

Our old furnace stopped working on a very cold day. We appreciated that Andrew came to the rescue on the weekend. We appreciated that he was here for a few hours working through possible sources for the problem, not giving up until it was solved. Showed us a kind of diligence to not stop until it was fixed. Had a leaking shower fixture behind the wall. Called Hoerner and was greeted with friendly service and directed to one of their plumbers, Nathaniel who was very knowledgeable and helped me trouble shoot the problem. Had Nathaniel come out and he fixed the leak in a short time and cleaned everything up. Great service.

From the start my experience with Hoerner was excellent. Tracey was very responsive via email and phone when setting up an appointment and triaging the issue and Derek was very professional and informative on site. Would recommend.

I discovered a leak from my cold water inlet valve that leads to my hot water tank. I called several plumbing sites based on internet reviews. Many were unable to see me until the next day. Hoerner was able to provide a plumber within the hour. Claire was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fastidious and tidy in her work, and explained everything with clarity and expertise. Initially I was hesitant about using Hoerner because they couldn't give me a ball-park quote, other than the initial assessment cost, on the phone until the plumber actually arrived. Nonetheless, the price was totally reasonable and within the mid- range of what I was quoted by others. I will add Hoerner into my list of go-to home service providers. Extremely pleased. Thank you.

Had a clogged sink, and Drano wasn't doing the job. Called Heoner, and they came the same day. Their team was quick and efficient, took care of my problem in under 90 minutes! They took their time to find the problem, then proceeded to solve it. I really like this company, they know their stuff well. I have used them repeatedly, over the last few years, and they do the job well each time.

Hoerner Heating & Plumbing has been my "go to" service provider for many years. All of their staff are exceptionally well trained, polite, professional and really want to help. I highly recommend these guys. In todays world, that means a lot! Thanks guys for alway being there!
