I was very pleased with the work Nick from Hoerner Plumbing and Heatinng did at my house! He replaced my old electrical water heater tank with a new high efficiency gas operated unit. He and his assistant were on time, professional, very diligent in keeping the place clean, very clear in his explanation on how the job was going to be done. Also, he was very patient and answered all my questions. Nick and his assistant were also very respectful and mindful of anti-COVID procedures and always kept their mask on during their visit and kept safe distance when communicating with me. It was really great to deal with them and overall with this company! I highly recommend Hoerner Plumbing and Heating!

I feel lucky to have found Hoerner after searching for a reliable, professional plumbing service for years. I love this team. They provide good value for money, and it’s a good experience from beginning to end. In an emergency they will return your call within minutes. Today’s repair was less urgent, and they came within one business day. They keep to their quote, and everything is billed and invoiced electronically, which is great for record keeping.

This was not a straightforward job. I have used Hoerner several times in recent years and find them friendly, prompt and professional. They have replaced toilets and perform annual maintenance on my boiler.

We had a drain pipe repair that we didn't know the extent of. The Hoerner technicians took a look at the problem and were honest with us that it wasn't a big repair. They were prompt, efficient and cost effective. Will be recommending them to friends.

emergency- leaking radiator during new hardwood floor installation, emergency to turn off boiler and drain all rads until they can be repaired , very busy so have to wait a few days for repair

Hoerner Heating & Plumbing did an excellent job of replacing an old toilet with a new one which they supplied. La, the technician, notified me that he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would. The technician worked neatly, which is impressive as it was a dirty job. I particularly liked that he took the old toilet away. After the job was finished, La explained the best way to handle the shut off valve and made himself available for any additional plumbing questions that I might have. I appreciated the time and interest he showed regarding my questions about the state of my home's plumbing!

The job was done efficiently and quickly. I will continue to use this company because of their excellent service and the quality of work is always outstanding. Thank you again.

Andrew replaced our boiler after our old one gave out. He came quickly and worked efficiently and within the covid guidelines. I felt that we were being prioritised as winter was coming and it was a smooth and straightforward process from our perspective.
