We just moved into a new home and contacted Hoerner for maintenance service. Claire came and reviewed our boiler and rads, walked through the things that needed to be done and serviced our boiler. She also identified a number of things that could be improved and her recommendations. My wife and I both thought she was excellent, and we are very happy with the support and service.

Found a leaking rad pipe in an apartment. Nick came by within the hour and fixed the issue. He also showed me where the shut off valves were in case I had a future emergency and checked 6 other rads to assess a possible heat distribution issue I mentioned. Excellent service. Especially since it was after hours. Many thanks.

Very good service. Initially Contacted Hoerner about faucet water flow problem. Before sending plumber They suggested we contact faucet manufacturer to get replacement parts which we did. That was all fine however replacing parts did not improve the flow. Also Discovered our kitchen shut off valves dont work. La replaced shut off valves quickly, answered questions. Office staff is responsive. Pleasure to speak with. In the end we had to replace the faucet as well. Hoerner provided options quickly and advised us how to try to resolve ourselves —before spending on repairs.

Hoerner replied to my no heat call same day and identified the problem and fixed it immediately. The staff were very pleasant to talk with and they stuck to the job at hand and got it sorted out in a timely fashion. Thank you all

La was courteous and professional and I am optimistic that the work he and the rest of the crew did will save me money in the future despite still dealing with a house surrounded by trees that have extremely invasive roots

I called Hoerner’s Heating and Plumbing and spoke with Kim because my water heater was leaking. Within an hour their gas technician Nicolas was at my house. He quickly replaced the temperature and pressure relief valve. Nicholas was courteous and competent. He explained everything about the repair, and he followed all COVID safety measures. Highly recommended!

Took a bit re-re-scheduling (my fault). The work was careful and well done. The Hoerner office staff is patient and on top of the job. Happily the furnace passed the carbo monoxide test with flying colours.

I am very pleased with the new system. I was told it would take 3 days, but it only took 2! The installers were wonderful, they take care going in and out of the house. They wear masks, and covers on their boots. They carefully tested the system after they finished the install and explained how to operate It. We feel quite comfortable recommending Hoerner, they also did a great job on a water heater system for us.

My toilet suddenly stopped flushing the stuff down the drain and the bowl got filled up with a brownish muck. A friend recommended Hoerner and we called them. they came an hour later, on a Saturday. The workman, STeven, was polite and competent. The toilet was fixed but also diagnosed. And the larger picture is that the one piece toilet I have is no longer being marketed as there have been lots of complaints about it. It builds up mineral deposits.

Great service from my first call to the final job. The office staff is helpful friendly and knowledgeable. The on-site crew is professional and excellent. Good Covid protocols as well. Special thanks to Robyn and Mr. Harris.
