Arrived on time, called to reconfirm and very efficient in solving the problem. They made sure to keep the place clean.

I had a late night water problem when my dishwasher was running and suddenly water was all over the floor. The next morning, part of my basement ceiling collapsed! I called Hoerner late in the night and they said someone would be here first thing in the morning. Martin came and quickly diagnosed and repaired the broken valve. He also made suggestions about the water damage that were very helpful and referred me to someone for repair of the drywall. Martin was professional, personable and did excellent work. The company turned a bad situation into a relatively easier one.

We live just up the street from this Hoerner and decided to give them a try after reading all of the good reviews. They had to replace the fill valves in all 3 of our toilets. The whole experience was outstanding. The communications was great, they showed up on time, were quick, efficient and very courteous. We were very impressed dealing with this company. The best thing about this whole experience is that we have now found a great plumber that we can trust for future jobs.

Very responsive to request for service. Servicemen were friendly and knowledgeable. They looked at other areas of plumbing and made recommendations. The only complaint was the twists in the dryer hose which diminished the dryer effectiveness. We were able to fix

Emma contacted me immediately as soon as I opened an online request and kept me up to date. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service on a Sunday night when I asked for the work to be done on Monday morning. Martin showed up promptly on Monday morning and discovered the issue with the clogged water flow. He was nice, knowledgeable and professional. Initially, I was worried about the cost of the plumbing service but Martin was upfront and fixed the problem. It was a small fix but a big relief for me. There were no tricks or up sales. Honesty and trust goes a long way. Martin and the Hoerner crew has my vote! I highly recommend them!

Our nine year old Rinnai tankless hot water heater had been blaring like a jet engine for years. We tried flushing it once a year with vinegar hoping against hope that it would fix the problem. It never did. We called Tracey at Hoerner Plumbing and she had Derek and Cameron out to see what they could do. Years ago, we’d had another outfit look at it, but they could do nothing for us, so I was sceptical. So I was astounded that Derek was able to have it purring like a kitten within the hour. Kudos to Hoerner Plumbing!

Cameron and Zahir were very friendly and helpful and really investigated the problem! I love that they called me on cell before the came so I was not waiting around! Great service and nice guys!!

9-yr-old ductless unit broke. Hoerner came out quickly & assessed the problem. One of the parts needed was obsolete despite the unit being less than 10 yrs old, and the company (LG) was not helpful! Hoerner went above and beyond to pick up and install a new unit (not LG!)

I essentially paid $150 to be told that I should replace two high-priced faucets that were leaking. As requested, I sent photos and specs ahead of time. The plumber and his helper hadn't seen either. The plumber did tighten the kitchen faucet and fix the right handle in place. Apart from that, I was told repeatedly that faucets were too old and needed replacing. Crew went to check the basement bathroom faucet. Ten minutes later, crew said the faucet could not be repaired. So, surprise, it too needed to be replaced. Quote to remove and install new faucet: a whopping $399. From the first call to the visit, I sensed up-sell was the unspoken order of the day. Won't be using this firm again.

Had a small leak in the bathroom sink - Horner was able to arrange a technician very quickly. Excellent communication with the main office, technician was very friendly and did a great job on the repair. Price is slightly high but the quality of work and service is equally high, so value is reasonable.
