Called Hoerner about a blocked basement floor drain. The guys showed up in less than an hour. Very courteous, very professional, very competent. Diagnosed what a former home owner had done to the drain, fixed it, and gave advice about how to maintain the drain. Paid only the "house call" fee. Perfect.

We couldn't turn the handle on the only shower we have in the house. Seems like a smaller plumbing problem but then we couldn't turn the water off! I called Hoerner and they were here within half an hour and out in about the same amount of time. They had the part they needed with them and were quick, clean, polite and made it easy for me to pay them and leave for the appointment I had booked. I will definitely be calling again with my next plumbing job.

We have an older dual flush that we love. The mechanism on top of the tank had to be replaced. They tracked one down in Italy and said it would be $300. They could se I was hesitant. They went through the numbers and said if the new part didn’t work they would deduct the $300 from a new toilet. The part arrived. Zahir, nicest plumber in the world came to install it. The toilet should last another 15 years he said.

We had a leaking pipe serving the outdoor tap at the front of the house. Claire arrived on time, was incredibly professional and polite. She identified the problem, provided a clear estimate and updates throughout the fix as other issues were identified. I would highly recommend Hoerner and Claire

We had a simple job of replacing an old valve on a radiator. The quote was very reasonable compared to a competitor quote I received at the same time. The guys were in and out as they had committed and did a great job. The valve is on the second floor so of course they have to drain the rads for the top of the house. After filling the rads a bleeder valve was left open. We didn't notice until about 5 hours after the job when water was dripping through out kitchen. We called them up and they came over right away. They drained the water in the ceiling and coordinated for a drywall and painter to come. The damaged area is as good as new. I am really impressed by the way they owned the problem, resolved it quickly and didn't cut corners.

Making an appointment was a breeze, their communication to me was fantastic with emails including a photo and bio of the technician that was coming. The technician and his assistant were very friendly and professional, they brought a vacuum in with them so that they could clean as they worked. They assessed the problem (cost $185 for 2hours for two gents), sent me a quote to do the repair (not included in cost stated here), were very clear about what they could and could not do as part of their service, and I paid on site as well. Extremely easy and efficient service.

I called Hoerner at 8am to tell them about a severe leak that we had just discovered. Immanuel and Mario were at my door by 9:15am. They were polite and professional. They set about opening up the ceiling in my kitchen to find the source of the leak. They then moved upstairs to the bathroom, where they opened a portion of the wall to see more. They spent a lot of time and care to make sure they didn't cut more drywall than was neccessary - which I greatly appreciated. They even went so far as to be careful not to cut into an area on the wall that had a design stenciled with paint. In the end, it was a relatively simple solution to the problem, but what I appreciated most was the thoroughness with which they set about making sure that they were correct in their diagnosis. They worked well together and cleaned up the work area once they had finished. They were also very personable - nice guys.

He was friendly, proactive and efficient! I highly recommend him! He was exceptionally knowledgeable. Everything you would want in a plumber!
