I assume the job was done properly as I didn't hear any complaint from the tenant.

I put in a request for service on Homestars, and Kim called me back in less than 5 minutes at the end of the day. We booked for the next morning, and Mario and Emmanuel came to fix the drain on my tub/shower, which was leaking into my basement. They diagnosed the problem, showed me what was needed and quoted me for the job. When I agreed on the price, they grabbed the extra parts they needed right away and started working. They did a great job, and I was totally satisfied. I will be calling them back to install a new toilet soon and for any other plumbing jobs in future. Thanks Hoerner!

Zahir and his associate arrived within the scheduled time after having called to confirm they were on their way. They were courteous and personable. Zahir did an excellent job of identifying the source of the leak, explaining what needed to be done and then getting the job done. The company was able to schedule an appointment to fix my furnace almost immediately and arrived on the same day. Claire was able to diagnose and resolve the issue very quickly and efficiently. Very professional and friendly service.

We had a problem with our radiant floor water heating system. We had a great experience booking the appointment with Robyn. Andrew and his team showed up as scheduled. They knew exactly what they were doing. They resolved the issue and the cost was reasonable.

I was happy with Hoerner heating and plumbing’s performance. Due to this being commercial work a flexible schedule was required. Including some early mornings and one evening. Hoerner accommodate at the schedule. In addition to this the work was done on time and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Hoerner heating and plumbing.

I had Claire come yesterday to assess my radiator problems. One is leaking and the other has an air lock. She is very courteous and knowledgeable. She gave me some very good advice. I am definitely getting work done with them once it warms up and I can drain the system. I've been a home owner for twenty-five years and had alot of workmen in to do work. I would say that I would definitely recommend Claire and she is up there with the best.
