I was quite frantic when I called but thankfully a lovely women, named Kim answer. Her professional and pleasant nature put me at ease as I explained to her my situation. She asked specific question and that made me feel like she truly cared about my situation. I was advised by a previous plumber that the work involved for part #2 would cost nearly 300.00, part #1 was 360.00 First impression: Excellent !! Once Mario & colleague arrived the fabulous service continued, end the I did not require additional services which was great to her but concerning as the initial plumber had a more expensive opinion. It’s been a few days and everything is working extremely well. No clogged kitchen issues.

We were at first hesitant to choose a plumber using Google search just out of the blue, but we decided to go local with Hoerner Heating and Plumbing. Turned out they were friendly, prompt, and did such a top notch job, we’re still thanking our lucky stars. These guys- Mario and Matt, are truly professional. We would definitely recommend this company to everyone! Tom M

Everyone at Hoerner was a pleasure to work with. They are very professional, kept us fully informed at all points of the project, and did a great job on the installation and cleanup. There were unexpected problems with our install (relating to city infrastructure, nothing to do with Hoerner) but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I love that they send photos and bios of the technicians working on your property before they start work - an extra customer service step that builds confidence in their people (they’re not just random strangers in your house) Highly recommended, I would definitely use Hoerner again.

We had a high efficiency wall mount boiler system installed in one of our buildings 4 years ago. We just las week had to change the system again because it was under sized for the building and it burnt out. We brought another company in to install and they show us all the mistakes they made. EVERYTHING WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. I will never us this company for anything again. Thanks for making me pay for 2 systems in 4 years bringing the grand total to $25,000.00. Worst company ever.

After a terrible experience with another heating company, Hoerner was outstanding. They know their stuff, they are also easy to deal with, very refreshing. I recommend them completely. Thank you!

I have an older house near Fort York and have had various problems with plumbing. After many years, I can confidently say that Hoerner's has been everything one needs with older places. The office, from the get go is extremely helpful and friendly. The actual plumber was polite, helpful, really good at explaining the requirements, and a very hard worker. He fixed problems that many others couldn't, and cleaned up the site afterwards. I have been giving Hoerner's info to friends and colleagues and neighbours with the highest of recommendations!

Steven and his assistant from Hoerner plumbing came over on Saturday morning which was greatly appreciated as then I did not need to miss work. Robin who we made the appointment with was very helpful and courteous. They diagnosed the problem and got the drain flowing. They stayed to make sure it was working and had to put in their snake another time. They also repaired a broken part underneath our sink and some Bio Clean to prevent future issues. They were very courteous and took their time to explain the issues. We had previously dealt with another plumber that is heavily advertised. Hoerner plumbing was not only considerably less expensive but got the job done right!

Our 28 year old furnace stopped producing heat, as it does every 7 or 8 years. Called Hoerner who couldn't fit us in that day. Were desperate enough we called [redacted-to-protect-the-guilty] who could come that day. They came 3 hours late, tracked snow and mud, and were clearly annoyed that we didn't just junk the furnace. However, they did diagnose the problem as needing a replacement gas valve after a full hour (and $190 bill). This was all unpleasant enough that I called Hoerner the next day to get *them* to order the part and do the service. They had someone "just pop in" that morning to confirm that the diagnosis was correct. It wasn't. Derek was polite, pleasant, and best of all, extremely competent! He fixed a broken thermocouple on the furnace on the spot and we had heat again! We've had consistently excellent service from Hoerner every time we've needed them. As I contemplate retiring our hard-working furnace this summer, they'll definitely be the company I go with.

ONE LEAKY TOILET Plus SLOW DRAIN ON ANOTHER Convenient appointment, prompt arrival, cleaned up all mess before departing. Friendly, knowledgeable technicians, who sized up task, worked steadily until job was finished. All around excellent service. Walter Cooke
