Excellent service! Our technician, Claire, was very competent, knowledgeable and reassuring. I would definitely both recommend Hoerner to friends and family, and rely on them again. Very much appreciate that they provide a price up front. Also, they email a picture of the technician for security purposes, which, as a vulnerable senior, I like a great deal.

We called Hoerner after our kitchen sink was not draining. They came quickly, but were not able to fix the issue. The technician cut the pipe, snaked the drain, reassembled everything and it drained even worse. He then told me that he didn't know what the issue was so I should spend $600 to bring the plumbing up to code, which should do it (this on top of the $400 I already spent). I had another plumber come last night who just used a longer snake and everything is fine - charged me $100 plus parts. I am disappointed that Hoerner was not able to properly diagnose or fix my issue, and they seemed focused on up-selling me on something that it turns out that I did not need.

Hoerner has become my ‘go to’ company for everything related to plumbing and heating and AC. From the first contact with the helpful voice on the phone in their office to the final chat with the technicians as they head out the door....everyone is professional and helpfu. You know the charges up front. We ar,e very happy to recommend this company.

Tracey spent a lot of time trying to help figure out what the problem was over the phone (many calls, emails and reaching out to a contact at a supplier) in an effort to save us $. We got a Hoerner plumber out who went above and beyond and I was amazed at the reasonable price. We have also had Andrew Hoerner help with our furnace a couple of times and he also gets a 10/10. Thank you again!

I will definitely consider and recommend Hoerner for future plumbing needs. Stephen came on time, gave the job at hand the time and focus I felt it needed; provided 'work-around' suggestions and things he knew we could do ourselves to help us save cost. Impressed too with the office support (aka Tracey and another gal). They promptly replied to my Homestars email and succeeding communications.

Hoerner staff (office and trades) communicate very well from opening contact. They are punctual and courteous. Their estimates are accurate. Their work is professional and they clean up afterward. I have used them before and appreciate their reliability and honesty.
