In 2-3 hours the morning after I called, Zahir from Hoerner replaced my shower valve (i.e. not just the cartridge but the whole fixture). Zahir was competent, courteous and friendly as was Robyn who arranged the visit by phone from the office. Easy. Thanks!

Excellent service from initial call to completion of the project. Emma in the office follows through and follows up in making things happen. Excellent pre-service. Technician Stephen and apprentice Andrew were skilled, efficient and really nice to deal with. Thry seemed to really enjoy their work, and dealing with customers. They even took away the old toilet, something that is not common. I have used Hoerner Plumbing before, and would not hesitate to call upon them again.

Hi found them on Yelp and reviews were great. Called and got someone right away, made the appointment. They followed up right away and said if I send pictures of what I’m looking to repair they can come with the right parts and equipment to try and fix on the spot. Great service and not looking to cash grab as most places would want to come back again and charge again. Day before appointment received email confirmation, and morning of got pictures of who would be doing the repair for security safety. Guys came, were efficient, fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. I knew from past homes what to expect price wise and paid what I expected to. No hidden costs. I would definitely use them again.

First, I found the receptionist very knowledgeable. It is always nice to not have to deal with an answering service. I liked very much that they emailed me an advance picture of the plumber who would appear at my door. The concern for my security was much appreciated. Martin, when he arrived, on time, was polite, knowledgeable, proficient and quick. The price was easily explained. A job well done. I called back the next day to inquire regarding a water condensing pipe leak in my upstairs furnace (a completely new job) and was told by the very articulate receptionist that unfortunately, they did not handle gas situations other than in regards boilers and water heaters, so they could not help with this situation. I appreciated the quick answers saving me time. I will definitely call Heorner Heating and Plumbing again.

Within 1 business day of contacting hoerner plumbing we were able to get Martin and his assistant on site to provide an estimate and begin work. From start to finish they demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. Fast and thorough, they were exceptional at repairing the broken pipe and cleaning up when done. As well they provided us with tips on preventing any further maintenance issues and kept the job to within the price quoted. Overall a great company and their staff demonstrates the pride they take in the work they do.

Two days before a scheduled boiler cleaning, I smelled gas in my basement. An Enbridge investigator came straight round and discovered two gas leaks near the connectors. He told me that they were the wrong kind, although they had been put in by the company (NOT Hoerner) that I bought the boiler from, about eight years ago. When Claire from Hoerner's came she checked that the connectors she would use were correct, fixed the leaks by changing the connectors and line between them, and performed the scheduled maintenance. She was wonderful. I am so glad that I switched to Hoerner's for my maintenance. I will certainly ask for Claire on any plumbing job l have.

Just all around awesome. Instant communication through email, which is always appreciated. I have an admittedly complicated tankless domestic/radiant heat setup which I'm still working towards understanding myself. The team arrived exactly on time (i was late actually) and provided a thorough service. They not only cleaned the interior of the boiler (provided before and after pics) but also walked through firmware settings to ensure everything was performing optimally. Claire was amazing at explaining features of my own boiler to me, and walking through options about heating water for my high flow tub. I would recommend Hoerner Heating and Plumbing to anyone without any reservation.

I have been a client of this company for years, David is a hard working, honest, reliable,decent company owner that, obviously, creates a great place for his workers. They provide such excellent service been it a $100.00 job or a project on the thousands (ouch I had those!) I do not want to see them (plumbing problems) but I love them I do not hesitate in recommending them for any job, as they have it ALL:knowledge, great price for quality job, decency and educated demeanor when dealing with anybody ! Patience to take your questions and to explain why, how and what. thank you!!!! thanks guys and John YOU ARE TOPS! (the rest too) I just met John this time around.

Everyone that we worked with at this company was friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help solve our plumbing issues. Martin and Rafiq were great! They listened to our concerns and were able to fix the problem on the spot. We'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to our friends and neighbours.

When water started backing up in the kitchen sink, I feared for the worst. Then Stephen arrived and advised that it was a building trap blockage, fast and easily fixed. We are relieved and thrilled that we will likely not have to deal with this again for some time!
