Went above and beyond. Helped to coordinate with other tenants so that there would be the least amount of disruption. Extremely professional, fast, clean and clear in their communication. Able to work with an old Toronto building. Highly recommend!!

Hoerner dispatched Martin and Max who arrived immediately after our emergency call; sewage was rising above the drain in basement. After determining the pump motor had seized, Martin and Max proceeded to manually empty the full sewage tank to be able to replace the motor. (Disgusting to say the least, yet they proceeded with humour and an incredible sense of professionalism.) Hoerner dispatched another plumber to source a new pump and it was deliverd and installed in the same day! Everyone determined that a high water alarm should be installed, probably should have already been installed, but wasn't, to prevent another occurance. Hoerner sourced this system and Martin returned within two days and installed. Can't say enough about how incredible Hoerner was in their immediate response, how pleasant Martin and Max were and that Hoerner followed up so quickly in not only their immediate response but in following up with the high water alarm.

Martin and Max spent good time throughly working on it. Removed large chunks of roots and applied RootX. They were polite and professional. I would recommend Hoerner as trusted company.

Claire did a great job of solving the mystery of why a tap was running slow. i had replaced a valve, but the installer had switched supply pipes, so it did not help. She found it right away, and replaced the faulty valve. Very happy with the service.

I have been having problems with a slow flushing toilet. John K the technician from Hoerner plumbing was very helpful in figuring out what the problem was as well as giving me some advice about another issue with the same toilet. He and Rafiq K (a second technician) went beyond the basic service standard. Much thanks to Hoerner Plumbing.

Dave and John were great. Very professional, diligent, well versed in their trade, clean and worked well together. With almost 40 years in the home renovation business, I need my trades to tackle projects with minimal supervision and the upmost skill. The professionals at Hoerner do just that. On Monday, we had a pipe repaired and a radiator relocated on the main floor of our house. John and Rafiq were on the job before lunch and worked until well passed 5:30 that afternoon. Both were very courteous and attentive to our concerns. John is quite knowledgeable in his field and Rafiq an eager apprentice willing to learn. My husband and I are more than satisfied with the work done. We would recommend Hoerner to anyone who wants plumbing done professionally.
