I have the original cast iron, claw foot tub in a 100-year old house. The tub had a number of leaks which John K identified and explained. The faucet, as well as the drain and overflow pipes, needed replacing. I had to decide whether to replace the entire tub or repair it. I explored my options but realized I needed help making this decision so Dave R came by to help me decide, offering helpful and honest advice in his consultation. Robyn and Tracey located hard-to-find parts and kept me informed of the order status. John performed the repairs. He was also kind enough to help me place rubber pads under the claw feet (the original ones had cracked), and he replaced a rusted connector on the shower head assembly. I wasn't expecting this additional work, but really appreciated it. The whole team was friendly, expeditious, and great to work with. I really feel I got great value for the money. I'd have no reservations recommending or working with the Hoerner team again. Great work, guys!

I have used Hoerner for a few different things, most recently the installation of my water softener. They told me I would notice a difference in my water, but I thought that I would have to 'look' for it. I didn't. My hair feels better, I use less detergent in the washing machine and I don't have the residue in the sinks that I had before. The staff are prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and reliable. Claire was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me during the repair of my water heater and both her and Dave were very thorough with the water softener. These guys know what they're doing and I highly recommend!

We have just had a 3 day whirlwind in having our 20 year boiler and hot water tank replaced. We selected Hoerner Heating & Plumbing after obtaining a few quotes to complete the job. Andrew recommended an IBC 20-125 combination boiler and on demand water heater which is one of the most efficient systems currently on the market. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. The professionalism of the team is second to none. Good work ethic, protected the areas required and cleaned up after the work which was a big job. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team to anyone and I take great pleasure in supporting a fellow Torontonian and neighbour.

I called Hoerner for an annual inspection of my boiler. Claire was the technician, and she was great. She arrived on time and was efficient and professional. No upselling or telling me my 14 year old boiler needed to be replaced. She did the full inspection and suggested that we replace a pressure gauge, which she returned a few days later to install. She did an excellent job. She even wore protective covers over her boots. What can I say? Fair price, prompt. professional, no sales tactics. If you are not getting your boiler inspected, you should. This is a big machine that eats gas and it is inside your house. Make sure it is working properly. This is a good company to deal with to ensure you and your family are safe.

I've been using Hoerner Heating and Plumbing for over a year now for the boarding house I manage and have had nothing but good experiences. They've serviced our water heating system, repaired radiators, repaired drains, and sinks. Most recently Dave came and fixed a water intake pipe for the shower in the second-floor shower which I had just renovated 8 months ago, he informed and showed me that the contractors when fixing some drywall by the shower screwed a drywall screw straight into the pipe. He was able to fix this quickly and efficiently and the price was reasonable, absolutely amazing service. I've never had an issue with their work and anything they've done in the past two years has had no issues since they made the fix which speaks to the quality of their work, will continue using them as long as I'm in charge of the property.

Hoerner Plumbing was a natural choice since they are in my neighourhood (Riverdale) yet I see their trucks pretty much everywhere! I started using them several years ago both for my home and for an income property I had. They are always prompt, well informed, friendly and respectful of my space and time. Their prices are very fair and they update me via email when they have specials or reminders. Moreover, I trust them to advise me of the best course of action in any given situation.

David arrived to fix my faucet and did an amazing job. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the Plumber who was experienced, knowledable, personable and very professional. I have used the company multiple times and this experience was very consistent with past service. I am a big fan.

My Heating system was not working last week. The problem was that it just needed a cleaning which was carried out immediately and thoroughly by Andrew. I m very happy with the a quality of service provided by Hoerner Heating.

Hoerner is very responsive when you call them with a plumbing problem. They get back to you right away and send out one of their plumbers. Their plumbers are courteous and professional. I highly recommend Hoerner Heating & Plumbing.
