When my pipes in my basement froze a couple of weeks ago, Hoerner's responded promptly. Andrew came over to review the situation and was able to get the water moving with the proper equipment and remained on-site to ensure the pipes didn't burst. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hoerver's. Thank you Andrew!

The worst experience possible. Had intermittent heating outages during the cold snap over Christmas. Found them because they list my NTI boiler explicitly on their website. Andrew came to my house, didn’t seem to know much about the furnace, asked me if I had the manual, didn’t do a thorough inspection first, finally just called the customer support line and made one minor change that was by their own admission unlikely to solve the problem, all of which I could have easily done myself. With minimal explanation he said the controller board may need replacing (under warranty), then after being around for about 30 mins, he charged me $235 (for doing pretty much nothing) and left. 10 minutes later the heat was off again. I called him, asking him to come back or keep me posted. Instead of calling me back, I just got another appointment email for several days later stating I would have to pay more for him to actually fix the problem. In the meantime I was just supposed to freeze. When I followed up to ask about further charges and whether they even had the controller board, Tracey was super rude to me, saying $235 isn’t even a lot of money relatively speaking and that they’d “probably” have the part and ultimately, rudely, hung up on me. I ended up cancelling that appointment and cutting my losses. The person that I found to come instead of them checked the entire furnace for proper functionality, had the replacement controller board and replaced it for almost half the cost. Will never call again or recommend.

2018 started when we found that our basement had flooded with 2 inches of water due to a frozen (and subsequently burst) water pipe. We called Hoerner and the friendly agent told us that we would be contacted shortly with a time that that a plumber could come and assess the issue (we had turned the main water valve off so there was no further risk of damage). True to their word, Derek and Amir came the following morning. They did minimal damage as they tried to find the location of the burst and when they found it, fixed the copper joint it in a timely manner. Derek really took the time to explain the issue and what we could do to prevent it. They cleaned up the mess (boots and drywall cutting) and clearly explained the bill I received. I would recommend Hoerner to anyone that asks me, and will be sure to use them again.

First time using Hoerner-won't be the last! Highly recommend them. A huge thank you to the entire team at Hoerner! We returned home late at night after a holiday to discover our pipes had frozen. The dispatcher reassured me that a technician would call within 10 minutes. Derek called me within 5! Asked a few questions to see what we had already tried and said he was on his way! An email was sent from Hoerner with a picture of Derek and outlined his education/experience. Really impressed with this touch and felt that this provided an element of safety to the homeowner especially when a technician is arriving late at night. Derek was prompt, efficient and persistent! We have a unique water meter/pipe set up and he had to attempt several things before water flowed. Derek took the time to answer all of our questions and showed us the steps to take to ensure that the pipes did not freeze again and how to avoid a future emergency call. We have had the opportunity to share our experience with friends and passed along the Hoerner number. We have already booked Hoerner to come and service our tank-less water heater. Thanks again.

The service was professional and personal. The entire team was great to work with: the technicians Dave R. and Jason, and the folks who answered when I called. They came quickly and worked hard to deliver a resolution when a sewer pipe collapsed beneath my house. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Andrew and his team are highly professional, skilled plumbers and extremely well organized. The day before the work is to be done they send you an email reminder with a photo of the team member and their profile. They always show up on time and tell you up front how much the job will cost. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Hoerner Heating and Plumbing.

I called the company and they responded right away. The technician arrived in time and was nice and courteous; did a fast and efficient job. I will be calling them again, if the need be.

Very pleased with the efficiency and thoroughness of Kyle, who has serviced our boiler furnace for the past couple of years, from annual maintenance/inspection to parts replacement, large and small. Always a first-class job.

Andrew and Joseph replaced the rusted pipe connected to my radiator which was leaking onto my floor. They did quality work and were very professional. Nice guys too :-) I would highly recommend their services.
