Andrew Hoerner and his dedicated crew have just finished installing a new condensing boiler in my home, and I am very pleased with their work. Andrew recommended the new high-efficiency system when the old boiler failed to work, and he responded to all of my questions and concerns about it. This company has great expertise with boiler systems, and I really appreciate the care and skill involved in the installation.

I had my lead water service piping replaced by another plumbing company. Part of the piping (copper joint) started leaking the day after. The other company failed to return and fix the issue. After several weeks of leaking, I hired Hoerner to inspect and fix the issue. I was originally quoted a higher price during the inspection; the work ended up taking less time, and the plumber reduced the invoiced amount based on the actual time he spent. Great honesty. Would work with them again for any major plumbing repairs. This actually happened in Dec 2016 but I'm only writing this review now.

We have had a tricky problem with our drain for a number of years due to tree roots I even purchased a 50 ft snake to clear it every 6 months The City has been out a number of times but could not find a problem. I called Hoerner Heating & Plumbing after reading the excellent ratings. From the first call with Angel at the office to the final call with Tracy to give my credit card payment I had professional, courteous, informed treatment. It was a 3 day tricky job and Dave and his staff were 100% professional. He kept me informed at all times and took his time to answer my many questions. It was a pleasure to deal with Dave and I have no hesitation in recommending him and Hoerner Heating & Plumbing.

I have known Andrew Hoerner since he was a young boy. I also knew his father who started the plumbing business and his uncle. Their professionalism, competence and German work ethic are all traits of the family. I would highly recommend Hoerner to anyone who values these factors in the contractors they use. We had a new toilet installed in November 2015. In less than two years and after the warranty had expired---we noticed an almost circular crack in the bowl that was gradually getting worse. I called Hoerner Plumbing who suggested that someone could come and assess the issue and give us some direction and advice. Dave R. came the following day and was so helpful. He asked some some questions, took photos, and while at our house, contacted American Standard on our behalf. The new piece was ordered and available in two days. Dave is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. We are so appreciative of his help.

Brad came 2.5h past time window and gave an estimate for 2 Stelrad replacements for 2 old cast iron bedroom rads. Brad seemed very knowledgeable and Hoerner had a good reputation so we decided to go ahead with the job. The work was done by Calvin and Claire about a week later; unfortunately the pipes under both rads were neither parallel to the floor nor close enough to the bottoms of the rads. When I called Hoerner to remedy the situation an appointment was made without an argument. Brad fixed the problem today in less than 1 hour. We are happy now.

Dave was very efficient, professional, courteous, and went well beyond what was required to finish the job, ensuring I understood all I needed to know should basement flooding circumstances occur.

We own a rental home and our tenants reported a flood in their basement at 8:30pm. I called Hoerner Heating & Plumbing and a representitive called me back almost immediately to let me know she was available to come in 15-30 minutes. This was a huge relief as we were having trouble finding someone to come after hours. The plumber who came was knowledgeable and kind (I was in a bit of a panic). She cleared the drain blockage and alerted me to an issue with the city portion of our sewage pipe. The city has confirmed that the pipe is likely cracked and the city will need to replace it. This would have caused us a lot of trouble in the future, so we are very greateful that the technitian took the time to double check the pipe was ok once the blockage was clear and advised us to have the city check their equipment. We will definately be calling Hoerner Heating & Plumbing the next time we have any plumbing issues (though, hopefully, that won't be for a while).

I used Hoerner to remove my old cast iron radiators and replace with new modern rads throughout my home. From booking the initial look-see to get an estimate, to completion of Phase 1 of the work, Brad & his team could have not been nicer, more professional, or easier to work with. I'm looking forward to the installation later this summer, and to working with Brad and his team again.

Claire was outstanding. Fixed both the toilet and the sink with ease. I would highly recommend her to fix any plumbing issues you may have. Hoerner is a good company.
