Calvin gave me great service - serious young man who clearly is passionate about his work. Took my CO2 down lower than my previous service company and fixed a weird leak in my boiler. Am requesting a quote for more of their work. There are probably cheaper- but these people seem to be honest practitioners in the furnace servicing world

We had four plumbing jobs for Dave to look at this morning. Dave was courteous, responsive and professional. He came within the 2-hour window I was given and wore work socks ("Cleanboots") over his footwear. Also, the communication from the company from start to finish was impressive - phone calls, emails and online receipts. Thanks, Hoerner Plumbing - I plan on using you for all of my plumbing needs from now on!

Brad came first to assess the problem and provide an estimate. He came back a week later with Derek and completed the job to my satisfaction. They were punctual and courteous. This is the second time that I have sued Hoerner and find them responsive and honest.

When our finicky Euro faucet came loose and our cold water line caused havoc, Dave and his apprentice Max came to the rescue with their mad skills. Competent. Confident. Congenial. Everything you could ever want in a plumber.

Called on a Monday and got someone to come within an hour!! Moaning and sluggish draining of toilet x 5 days. Turns out it was a blockage in my toilet a plunger couldn't fix. Sigh. The moan was considered a non issue unless the moan bothered me. Nope. Moan away.

Great service - prompt - efficient - friendly - reasonably priced. I've used Hoerner before and I will use them again when needed. Also able to get an appt. quickly.

As always, excellent service from Hoerner Heating & Plumbing! Technician Dave called in advance to negotiate an earlier time which was great. When he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation; described in clear detail what needed to be done; provided me with an initial quote which remained the same when the work was completed; and showed and explained to me what had been done. Had a rep by to provide a quote on several plumbing jobs. In addition to the jobs I wanted done they attempted to push larger work on me, and now, eight days later, have still not emailed the actual quote I paid for. Thankfully I found a far more honest plumber who handled all of the work (including one job that required only tightening one nut - a job that Hoerner insisted would cost hundreds of dollars and tried to have include the city shutting off the water main at an additional cost). Still haven't received that quote, for work which has now already been done. EDIT: Refund issued

This turned out to be a small job, a leak coming from an opening in the basement cold pantry ceiling, the cause of which was found to be a leaking valve in the bathroom above; but I always use Hoerner, small or large problem, because they are absolute experts at what they do. Especially to be noted is their expertise on plumbing issues in older homes (mine is 80+ years old).

I was very happy with Calvin's determined effort to unlodge a stubbornly plugged sink drain that I had spent days trying to fix before giving up. Eventually he was able to break through with his heavy duty auger after repeated attempts to clear the drain pipe. I would highly recommend Calvin and Hoerner Heating and Plumbing. And their prices were very reasonable.
