Our shower was leaking through the 2nd floor down into the kitchen. They did a great job isolating the source area before opening anything up. They cut through the dry wall (much better than tile) and found and repaired the issue. They prepped it all properly and cleaned it all up afterwards. Very professional.

We embarked on a major kitchen renovation in a 100 year old Victorian house. The job involved changing the water heated radiator to a size that fit our design, introducing a new gas-line for our planned gas cook top stove, running a copper water line underneath the floor for the new fridge to supply water and ice, to then ultimately connect the new gas cook top, connect the sink faucet and dishwasher and water connection to the fridge after the tiled floor, kitchen cabinetry and quartz tops were completed. As the project went through a few stages, Hoerner was there to advise and walk me through all the potential issues and solutions. Particularly helpful was Brad, who was instrumental in suggesting getting a second hand radiator from Addison's Inc. - an antique plumbing and fixture supplier in downtown Toronto - as well as providing me with his direct contact information, which was very helpful as we were away during some of the renovation stages. I also commend other members of the Hoerner team including Michael, Jason, Calvin, Mike and of course Andrew the owner and Tracey who coordinated all the appointments with efficient email reminders and details about the on site visits. All in all this was an excellent plumbing and gas heating service that I first found on HomeStars, and will certainly use again for any potential future service needs.

This is our first experience with Hoerner, and we would not hesitate to call them again, nor to recommend them to any of our friends. We were more than happy with their service! Brad in particular was very helpful to us.

Our boiler was damaged during a basement demolition project and temperature in the home dropped to near/at freezing levels. Upon realization late in the evening we reached out to HH&P for assistance and a representative (Brad) arrived w/n an hour of the service call. There was extensive work required including the draining of the system, fortunately our boiler was repaired and fired back up by mid-afternoon next day. Brad and the HH&P crew were professional, consultative and attentive - a great experience for sure.

Faucet in the bathtub was dripping. Hoerner Plumbing sent someone out to look at it, assessed the problem, ordered the part, came back and installed it within a couple of days. It was a small nuisance of a job but Hoerner stayed on task, followed up to make sure the job was done properly and charged a reasonable rate. What more can you ask? Thank you Hoerner Plumbing!

I've now had the good people at Hoerner Heating and Plumbing to our home on two separate occasions in the last two months. Each time the folks at Hoerner delivered. Would recommend to anyone, in particular those homeowners who don't have the inclination or the knowledge to do work themselves.

I had a very high water bill, and asked Hoerner to come investigate. The plumber (Dave) arrived at the beginning of the arrival period, and proceeded to diagnose and fix the problem. While he was here, he also cleared a kitchen drain, and fixed a leaky toilet. He is also going to come back soon to replace the main shut off valve (city could not shut off water - not Hoerner's fault) I was confident that he was doing quality work at a reasonable price.

My experience with Hoerner H & P was excellent. The plumber (Calvin) was able to do a camera inspection of my sewage drains very quickly without any problems. He was very personable and easy to get along with. He put in some extra effort inspecting my leaky toilet and went beyond expectations providing advice on the maintenance my heating system. I will definitely be contacting Hoerner again for their services.

For some reason, our house was built without the valve and considering this is an area with combined sewers, it is pretty much a necessity. Normally this would be done in the front lawn, but due to some issues, it had to be done under the basement floor. As per usual, Hoerner showed up on time, and did the work efficiently and cleaned up properly. No small task when digger holes under the cement floor. Sump pump installation went just as well.

Hoerner promptly replied to my email request for plumber. As it was not urgent, appointment scheduled for 3 days later. Plumber appeared on time and gave me an immediate estimate of cost. He was extremely pleasant, helpful and most importantly competent. I would definitely hire this company again.
