I've used Hoerner Heating and Plumbing for many years and always felt they did good work at a reasonable fee.. They now offer a Plumbing Membership program in which you pay a modest fee, and for the next five years, they will come and check all plumbing in the home to confirm that all is well. My basement is newly renovated and when Kyle come for the plumbing check-up, he found that my sump pump was never set up properly and showed me exactly why. Kyle then reconfigured the set up to allow the sump pump to work properly. I also have a sump pump back up and Kyle found that the battery only worked sporadically. Rather than charge me, he told me precisely what to buy and where to buy it. My experiences with Hoerner employees has always been positive — These are good people who are willing to help you solve your plumbing and heating problems rather than take you for every dime possible like so many other companies. I highly recommend them.

Very pleasant and efficient intake call andspeedy. Although I was not pleased after first visit (as first service call was not successful in fixing toilet problem) the response to my concerns by sending Kyle at no extra cost who addressed the issue, fixed it, explained all, and next step if still an issue (which there was none) saved the day for the company. I appreciated the candour in taking accountability for the company in the expression of apology & explanation.

From start to finish, this service call was the quintessential example of professionalism and customer service excellence. Calvin was friendly, and knowledgable - outlining costs upfront, explaining the methodology deployed, providing an assessment of my current heating system and offering helpful recommendations on optimizing future performance. The service call began with a general inspection and its outcome determined the level of cleaning/service required. All questions throughout were happily answered. I have used Hoerner previously for plumbing: they will now be my go to provider for future boiler servicing/maintenance as well as all HVAC and plumbing needs. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the work done by Mike and Jason. They came within days of my phone inquiry and even sent a confirmation email with bio details. The previous company I called did not show up and did not call either. Our copper piping (manifold and boiler feeder) needed to be cut out and replaced. We also needed a new circulation pump. All of this work was done in half a day--including draining and filling over 15 rads. Total of 2,200--estimate provided before work was done by Mike on his handy ipad. I would definitely recommend Hoerner Heating/Plumbing. One note: After the work was completed and service technicians left, I noticed that one of our rads was leaking water onto the carpet --so perhaps a reminder to check all rads might be a good idea. I did not know to do this, and just happened to be in my den and heard water dripping.

Good communication with the company. Lots of confirmation ahead of appointment. Calvin and Jason showed up on time. Went straight to work. Made good suggestions to save me money. Explained their work. Whole experience was positive and I will use them again. Highly recommend. Fully licensed and experienced team.

I have now had two issues with my water heating and home heating systems and both times reached out to Hoerner Heating and Pluming. They are prompt, informative, fair, and really know their craft. The second time, which was a few days ago when the weather had turned and we did not have heat in the house, Andrew himself kindly came over the same day and fixed our system. He also gave us some helpful tips on how to manage our system better so we don't continue to have issues with it. This is a model for how to build trust and loyalty. Highly recommend this company to anyone reading this.

I always use for Hoerner for any plumbing issue. Technicians are on time, do great work and are pleasant. Can't ask for more that that. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing issues

We've used Hoerner since moving into our house 24 years ago. Over all these years they have consistently provided excellent service. In an emergency we've always had immediate help, and for routine or less urgent matters we know that we can rely on any member of the team to get the job done efficiently. Today Kyle came to clean the boiler, he's such a pleasant person to have working in the house, we have every confidence in his ability and know that the job's been done well. We have recommended the company to several friends, all of whom have been as delighted as we are!

As far as home ownership goes, surprise emergencies are never fun to deal with! Finding expert contractors to help you get through such situations certainly mitigates the frustration. I woke up one morning to no hot water in my home. I thought I addressed the problem on my own, but the following day discovered the situation was worse than I thought. The hot water tank had to be replaced. Since I have tenants, the problem had to be addressed right away. I called a number of HVAC companies for assistance, secretly hoping someone from Hoerner was available to stop by given the companies reviews. I called and members of their team were booked for the day; 15 minutes after getting off the phone with a Hoerner representative, someone from the company called back and said they could fit me as another party had to reschedule. Within minutes of that phone call, Mike C. was at my doorstep. He assessed the situation and we agreed the tank needed to be replaced. I was worried it would take days before a new tank could be installed! Mike made a few phone calls and subsequent to his last conversation shared that a tank could be dropped off within an hour and the installation could happen same day! I was impressed by Mike's expertise, as well as his dedication to getting the job done. I was able to step away to complete business calls, and when I returned to the basement saw that the old tank had been removed (already whisked away by members of his team) and the new one in place. Mike was friendly, articulated what was happening with true finesse, and made the whole ordeal feel quick and painless. He represented Hoerner well! Full endorsements and recommendations from me, and I will be using Mike C. and the Hoerner team again!
