Clogged Drains are the homeowner's nightmare but the efficient, cheerful and thoughtful service by Hoerner Plumbing's Brad Elliott solved my problems swiftly. Brad's cheerfully tackled a difficult situation in an old house and discussed the challenges and alternative solutions with me before proceeding. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this company.

Peak Plumbing Experience! Calvin was polite, and listened carefully as I described a problem (particularly with the mystery draining problem in the bathroom sink that had been going on for years, and HAD BEEN LOOKED at by two other plumbers previously). ... and fixed it. All scenarios, with their possible costs, (from best case to worst case) were discussed up front, before Calvin commenced. ALL "devices" in the bathroom are now working. Calvin also explained possible problems developing in future, possible time line & costs. (very old copper piping, may corrode in future). THANKS, CALVIN. You qualify for a PHD, as far as I'm concerned.

I reached out to Hoerner for a second quote when the first company could not do the job until September. I was impressed throughout the whole process with the professionalism of both Hoerner's reception staff and their professionals who did the job. The company sent updates prior to the arrival of the plumbers and they arrived on time. They visited shortly after I phoned and were able to provide a quote very quickly and start the following week. The two plumbers who did the job, Kyle and Calvin were both friendly and professional. They did as little damage as possible with this fairly extensive job and cleaned up very well. I have already recommended Hoerner to other friends and would not hesitate to call on them again for future work.

Super impressed with this company. They quickly scheduled an appointment for me, and the plumber, Calvin, showed up right on time. He inspected my wonky toilets along with a few other items that I had questions about. He provided me with multiple options and I decided to install three new toilets. He worked diligently for a good chunk of the day and was always very professional, polite and careful with keeping all work areas clean. We are very happy with the new toilets and our experience with Hoerner.

We had a leaky kitchen tap - the pullout kind. The leak was from the hose. It took a long time for the part to come in, but once it did Calvin replaced it efficiently. We also consulted him on whether it was a good idea to move the main shut-off valve to a lower, more accessible level, and about his experience and knowledge of problems with Kaitek plumbing. He was very knowledgeable, and gave us good advice.

I had 2 gas lines & 2 outdoor taps installed--found a leaky gas pipe which was replaced at no charge. Some obstacles were met while doing the work but the team always had a solution. Mike & his crew kept me informed on the proceedings & were very professional & courteous. i would highly recommend them to others.
