Kyle repaired my kitchen sink, explained the problem and answered all my questions about other plumbing issues in the house. Courteous, professional, knowledgable. I would definitely call Hoerner's again for any plumbing issues. The Receptionist was also very helpful.

I was having problems with my water heater not coming on automatically so called a few companies to get availability for service. I went with Hoerner for few reasons, one was Kim who i spoke to on phone to book appt was very friendly and didn't give me the 3rd degree on the phone like the other company. I booked the appt for 8 a.m. the next day and Brad showed up on the dot! Very personable and was honest about the repairs so i didn't feel like i was being taken advantage of. After a quick run for parts, job was done! I would recommend them to any of my friends! Thanks Brad/Hoerner!

We had a leak from the second-floor bathroom to the kitchen in a home that we had moved into less than 1 week ago. I called Horner's as soon as they were open the next morning, and Dave and Mike came within a few hours. They were both extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem and solved it! I can't say enough great things about Horner's--really professional and nice. They have made me a new loyal customer, and I will recommend them to everyone!

Kyle responded quickly to my service call and arrived early to our appointment. He assessed the problem quickly, and we decided to replace the kitchen faucet with my new kit. The job had some unexpected challenges but Kyle was professional, efficient and friendly throughout. The billing was fair in the circumstances. I was happy to hear that Hoerner sorts through the disposed of parts and recycles them when possible. I have used Hoerner in the past, and they are top notch!

Good customer presence from office to onsite. We supplied and they removed and replaced single handle tap and bib. Competent and friendly staff. Explained and worked thru issues. Pleased with work Will use again

Hoerner replaced the existing vanity, very unattractive and it leaked, with a lovely vanity that we had selected. I have no issues to report, it functions perfectly, is perfectly aligned, the faucet is also perfectly aligned, it was properly sealed, no marks anywhere, either on the wall or floor, and they removed the old vanity. The plumbers arrived on time, with ample advance notification of their arrival, and the wait time for the installation was minimal. I would happily engage them again.

Called in Hoerner when my bathtub was leaking to my second floor. They quickly set me up with an appointment. The gentleman who showed up to do the job was professional and ontime. He was able to quickly determine the leak and fix the issue.

The Hoerner team also removed some iron heating pipes and tucked in the replacement plastic piping into the joists. Awesome job, very communicative, I was informed what was going on by the technicians on site and the office staff. Very professional outcome, highly recommend Hoerner.

I have been using Hoerner for my plumbing needs for many years. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best. I don't mind paying good money for excellent work, but I do resent paying for second-rate work. Recently I had the Hoerner team undertake a very big three-day plumbing job for a basement washroom renovation. All their members are polite, hard working, willing to do the job according to the way YOU want it, show up on time, and use high quality materials. If anything is not quite the way you had in mind, they always stand by their work and promptly return to make the changes you request. I always show off their work to all my friends and guests! I recommend them 100% without reservation.
