We knew we had roots in our drain. Brad and Kevin came, snaked it out, showed us the condition before and after and made great suggestions for future care. They were polite, competent, and clean.

Hoerner has been great. It was nice to speak to a person on my first call and have an appointment scheduled so quickly. Mike was prompt and courteous. He did a full furnace inspection and identified areas that could be altered to optimize the performance of my furnace. He ordered the necessary parts and returned within a couple of days to complete the job. I appreciated that Mike did not criticize the original installer, but kindly identified areas that needed changes. He had a puzzle to solve and persevered until he found the answers. Thanks for the great work.

My brother recently passed away and my sister-in-law has been left with 3 young kids to raise on her own. One of her kids flushed something she shouldn't have down the toilet and it was clogged. This is the only toilet in the house and it was the weekend. Kelvin from Hoerner Heating & Plumbing came down within 30 minutes of being called and managed to solve the trouble within a few minutes. He also tightened the toilet. He was a super friendly guy and it was a pleasure having him provide his service. I can't say enough about my experience with this company. If you're looking to deal with kind and skilled plumbers who have a great heart please look no further than this company. They were also upfront about their costs and fees which I found other companies I called weren't so much. Truly an A+++++ experience. Not that I hope that I have further plumbing needs but when we do we will certainly be calling this company again.

Calvin and Dave came early, were extremely nice and knowledgeable and gave me options to fix the problem which I greatly appreciated. They also went above and beyond to clean up and ensure the work area was as good or better than when they arrived. great work.

We have used Hoerner Plumbing services for many years now. They are the only company we will call because we get exceptional service from the initial call to the finished job. Their technicians are always courteous, professional and very helpful with advice. They often go above and beyond what is required. Our old toilet was leaking water through the flap, and they didn't give up easily, trying multiple flaps. In the end, we decided to replace the toilet itself, and we are very happy with the end result. Thank you to Claire, Calvin and Dave!

I first hired Hoerner Plumbing to replace my boiler system about a year and a half ago. They were absolutely excellent in every step of the way. Since then, I have called them for a variety of issues and they remain excellent in their response time, quality of work, cleanliness, and fair pricing.

I called the office and spoke to a woman who said she could send someone to replace my taps the next morning. I then received an email with the name, photo and bio of the plumber (Dave) who was coming. Dave arrived when expected. He was polite and friendly and gave me an estimate for the job. The job was tricky and very time-consuming, and Dave's estimate of time and cost was accurate. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I will call Hoerner for any other plumbing jobs I require.

First class operation. Have had three different issues attended to by three different Hoerner technicians (first was a test case and I just kept adding items as I went). All are first rate, professional, polite, punctual and clearly like their work and the organization they work for. I have not yet encountered a crew like this. The incredible number of 10 ratings is for real. If you are anxious about being at the mercy of a trade, you don't need to be with Hoerner -- they are obviously a very busy professional group who neither need nor have time for anything other than straight upfront customer service. And you never feel as though they are in a rush to get to the next job. You get what you pay for. These are the guys you send to your Mother's or Grandmother's house!

Mike and Claire showed up on time, did a great job, had the part they needed in the truck and were truly enjoyable to work with. Scheduling the appointments with the office was also efficient and painless. Mike can do water and gas, so very handy for a lot of home repairs and renovations. Price seemed reasonable. I will use Hoerner again and recommend to friends. Many thanks!

New washer arrived from Home Depot with the wrong hoses. Mike from Hoerner plumbing supplied the right hoses and installed the washer. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and persistent in the face of a few difficulties with the way the washer's legs were manufactured. A pleasure to have in my home and I would recommend him any day. Thanks!
