I contacted home advisor today in need of a plumber ASAP as we discovered most of our basement flooded by a burst pipe. When calling I was assisted by a very helpful and pleasent girl named Laura who provided me with a number of names of plumbing service companies in our area. I contacted Hoerner heating and plumbing and within a very brief time the helpful girls at Hoener were arranging a service call for us. The attending service crew were pleasent, helpful and efficent. We found the fee to be reasonible and most of all we were extremely grateful for the prompt and dilligent manner in how we were treated. At a time when you are feeling overwhelmed by an unexpected emergency, choosing Hoerner has been a refreshing experience for us. We now feel that we have a reliable source should we need this service in the future and, it's always a good thing to be able to recommend a quality service to a friend with confidence should the need arise . Hello. This review is in regards to a plumbing call. I called the contact number and was surprised to reach a live person. She was very responsive and kept me up-to-date on when the Plumber would arrive. And before he came I received an email with a picture and bio on the Plumber assigned to me--Mike. Mike came this morning to service my faucet issue. He was really professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He was great and I wanted to be sure you knew!

Felix came out on the 26 February and looked at the job and assessed the situation. Looked at all the plumbing aspects of dishwasher and determined what repair was required. Felix was delightful and very helpful! Best wishes- CM

To-day's service from Hoerner Heating & Plumbing was, as always excellent! The Technicians Dave & Jason arrived on time and the work was completed professionally, effectively and quickly. Dave had also given me excellent advice about what kind of toilet to purchase and had explained in layman' terms what the toilet problem was. Again thank-you Dave and Hoerner Heating & Plumbing for 'above the bar' service. I highly recommend this company.

Feb. 2016 Regardless of your 15 – 20% higher price quote than other companies,but I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff and the way the job executed. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. The plumber , Dave, was thorough and gave a detailed estimate as to what would be required. He was polite and very knowledgable. He took time to explain everything to us.

Hoerner really came through for our family. We had been away on holiday for a week only to arrive back in Toronto (on a weekend) to a burst water pipe. We shut of the water and booked an "emergency plumber" (with different company) for an extortionist service fee on the promise that he would arrive within hours. He never arrived, despite repeated assurances from the company that he was coming soon. The next morning we phoned Hoerner at 8 am and told our story. Kim answered our call and was so nice that I could have hugged her. She sent Chris out immediately. He arrived less than forty-five minutes later and diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour. We are so happy with the service and care that Hoerner provided that we bought a 5-year membership.

Dave was here quickly and fixed the hot and cold shut-off valves, eliminating the previously unseen leak that had dripped into the ceiling below. Yikes! I'm glad it got resolved so fast.

We had a great first experience with Hoerner from start to finish. Received a prompt visit, comprehensive assessment, and a clear plan to complete our project. Dave and Felix were extremely thorough, capable, and professional. Would recommend.
