I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Hoerner technician that came and serviced our boiler. They were on time, courteous, and discussed the additional work needed and answered my questions on the risks of not doing it.

We had multiple projects at our commercial property and we are very pleased with the results Hoerner Plumbing provided. Andrew and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional people. They always help with any emergency, quick on response and have best price on the market. After Hoerner Plumbing replaced our old boiler on a new modern & efficient one we had 4000$ savings on gas over one winter season. They also replaced our old sewer system in the building, installed new radiant heating systems into our new apartments as per city code and HVAC requirements. Andrew can help you with all re-piping, new boiler installation, new heating system calculation and installation, rough in underground waste piping sewer line, underground liner installation in sewer line, inspection with snake camera, installation of mainline backwater valve. They can help you with simple sewer clean up to sophisticated smart boiler system installation. We highly recommend Hoerner Plumbing for any heating or plumbing project.

Our hot water heater broke down in the middle of January. I called Hoerner Plumbing and heating the following morning and they promptly scheduled a home visit that same morning. When an earlier time slot came available, they called and moved up my appointment time even more. The repairs were performed by Brad, one of their plumbers/gasfitters. Brad was extremely courteous and professional. He explained the work that needed to be done in advance and walked me through the work he was doing, as he completed it. I'd suspect that most plumbers with 10 years' experience have a good idea about the work they do, but I also think that not many were as thoughtful and customer-focused as Brad. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of reliable and timely service with a plumbing or heating problem.

The coupler on the circulator pump for my boiler broke resulting in a very loud buzzing sound loud enough to cause us to turn the heating off. I called Hoerner and set up an appointment - everything was easy to schedule. The gentleman who arrived was prompt and professional and was able to fix the problem. He also suggested a cleaning of the boiler as I hadn't serviced it in two years - so I agreed to the extra work as it was clearly required.

Having dealt with different contractors in managing our small condo community's needs (11 townhouse units), your team of technicians has consistently quoted, repaired and done all work as agreed no matter how big or small the job. The recent gas line work we needed was handled with minimal disruption to the homeowners. Your knowledgeable technicians share helpful information  this is so meaningful to a small community of owners such as ours. What a pleasure to have found Hoerner Heating and Plumbing Services. They responded quickly to my request for a technician - in fact - I received three calls and three email messages to confirm a date and time. I raise that because I had the unfortunate experience of contacting two other companies that promised to attend and then did not. I ended staying home waiting for a plumber and wasted a lot of time. In that regard, Hoerner was a breath of fresh air as they contacted me right away and provided same day service. Moreover, the technician - Mike Conroy - was prompt, friendly and competent. The problem was resolved and the service was impeccable. I would recommend Hoerner - and Mike - without any hesitation whatsoever.
