From Tracey's friendly, helpful and informative voice on the phone to the plumber, Mike's, excellent, efficient service and advice, my repair was easy, fast, reasonable price. After trying to reach other plumbers for over a week, Hoerners was there for me. I will immediately return to them the next time I need help.

Tracey I was one of fourteen condo owners at a Low Rise building requiring repairs on our 60 year old radiators. Luckily we found Hoerner Heating & Plumbing. Everyone at the company was awesome from the office staff that arranged all the logistics, kept all the owners informed of the progress, to the plumbers who were professional, friendly and helpful . I rate this Hoerner Heating and Plumbing 10 out of 10. Tracey, I can't thank you, and all the people that did the actual work, for all the help. Calvin was an excellent technician that came over and fixed our leaky kitchen faucet, as well as a few other problems we had in our bathrooms. I would recommend his work to anyone. Hoerner Plumbing runs a smooth operation, from their call center to page on-call staff, extending to the courteous, professional office staff and plumbers, reassuring anxious customers like me that my problem(s) will be remedied promptly. Recently, I had Mike, Brad & Calvin work on two separate jobs for me, and at all times they have been respectful, courteous and thorough in the tasks that they undertook. Mike replaced a 46-year old main shutoff valve that was starting to leak, and he also installed a new piece of pipe that increased the water pressure phenomenally! Brad replaced a leaky water tank drain valve at first, which then led to the thermostat control being replaced as well, which had coincidentally failed to operate upon turning it back on. A new control panel had to be ordered, which came the next day and upon installation, failed to operate, even though the pilot light was on, but gas delivery to the tank was very weak. Brad then took the time to troubleshoot everything possible to locate the cause of failure (the gas valve would not engage). After he found the cause of the problem, I was very relieved to have hot water again. Even Brad said that he learned something knew from this experience (something had blocked the gas intake pipe). Brad then conducted an ohms test on the old control panel, and found that it was on the verge of needing replacement, anyway. I've learned that the guys are actively engaged in continuing education, which is good to know, as they use this newly acquired knowledge to apply this to their work and to educate their customers with. Overall, I'm happy with the services that they provide. They are diligent, knowledgeable, resourceful in finding solutions to plumbing problems, and actively engaged in continuous learning, which is reassuring to me, knowing that I'm dealing with knowledgeable professionals. As the saying goes, "education is the key to knowledge." Thanks again, everyone!

The two gentlemen who came out to the service call were very polite and super helpful. They suggested we not touch the valves anymore since they are about 90 years old to avoid breaking them...if we get hot open a window. They tightened up a small bolt on the leaking rad, at no cost. They then removed a huge rad from our basement that was rusted and leaking. Thankfully we had them come because the rad was ready to give out anyway since one of the base mounts had been removed.

Andrew and Tracey ..... Ted and I wish to reiterate our thank you for having the water connection pipe situation remedied. As mentioned before, we know there had to be a lot of chasing (and possible arm twisting!!) to get this done. You immediately took action and did not give us any push back what so ever. It says an awful lot about your professionalism, integrity and how you value relationships. We hold these values as well and have the utmost respect for your handling of this. It was also wonderful that you had Calvin in attendance to keep on top of the work. He was great and did a superb job of keeping me informed as the work progressed. Hello Tracey, Just wanted to thank you, Brad, and Felix for the repairs to my boiler today. I had 3 plumbers come look at my boiler and no one could fix it. The plumbers told me it was a difficult, lengthy job, they didn't have all the parts, and that it would be very expensive. I was stressed and even lost some sleep over it. Your guys, Brad and Felix came in and on the same day fixed it. They were polite, professional ....they even sweeped and cleaned up. Thank so much

I asked Hoerner Heating & Plumbing to come by as I suspected there was a leak in the bathroom. The technician who came by inspected the problem thoroughly and checked multiple areas of the house to ensure there was no leak and also provided tips along the way for me to remember for future reference. He was professional, thorough and polite. I wouldn’t hesitant to use this company again if I have a problem in the future.

Hoerner Plumbers came out and performed the following work in an efficient and timely manner.. they were courteous, respectful and cleaned up. I would recommend Hoerner. Hoerner job description….. Remove and replace 3"waste piping from penthouse 1 that has been continually blocking up. It is approximately 30 feet in total. Part of the ceiling will have to be opened in unit 6 and primarily unit 1. We will protect the entire area with tarps and plastic so as to avoid any unnecessary cleanup or damage. In as much as possible cutting and preparation of pipe will be carried out outside in the courtyard. The two back to back washrooms in Penthouse 1 will be out of commission for several days. There has been leaking from the shower stall in Penthouse 1 when there has been a blockage in the waste pipe, that drips into unit 6. This leaking originates at the base of the shower stall in penthouse 1. Although it only appears to drip when there is a blockage, the scope of this work does not include the repair of this. The scope of this work will likely require the services of a tile setter. We can confirm the source of the leaking once the ceiling has been opened. Several holes will have to be made in the ceiling to access the piping. That sound insulation will have to be taken out to access the piping. The scope of this work does not include the repair of the ceiling and insulation.
