Kyle and Mike were professional and personable. Kyle checked in to let me know each step of the way. They arrived early and I didn't have to wait and same day service. Superb job. Thank you.

The on call technician came out on a Sunday at 11pm at night for a No Heat call. He was very informative, helpful and friendly. He fixed the problem and gave the furnace a complete check, even though it was very late in the evening. We were very happy with his work.

They were on-time, fast, friendly, competent, complete (bled the rads) and competitively priced. They are experienced with radiator systems, Can't ask anything more. Will be using for furnace service from now on.

Just wanted to send you a note to let you know I’m home. I am so thankful for the work that was done! It looks great (although I have no idea how it all works!) - but I have heat and hot water and that’s all that matters to me! They fixed the piping on my balcony that was an issue and everything is working perfectly. My brother was very impressed with the work they did and their professionalism. I called to arrange a toilet installation two weeks ago and Dave came to install it last week and remove my old toilet. He was on time, fast, tidy, and took the old toilet away. It was a little pricey, but easy overall!

Hoerner Plumbing is as good as its word. After 2 other plumbers failed to turn up, Hoerner (Jordan) turned up on time and finished the job quickly and cleanly. I'll definitely use them again.

After receiving a quote of $1200 from another plumbing outfit, we tried Hoerner, who was recommended by our real estate agent. Mike came to our home, was honest about the repair that needed to be done (and those that didn't, which were included in our previous quote). They came by the following day, were organized, pleasant, and diligent in completing the work and troubleshooting some of our other plumbing issues, and at a reasonable cost. The plumbers were punctual, gave me an advance quote and kept the job site clean. They communicated throughout the process and I could pay by credit card. They came prepared with all the parts and problem solved when they encountered challenges.
